I was reading your review Brenda, and I must say I really do sympathize with you. I must second you on the horrible way they do business in this community. This is why I only buy groceries there and even that is at risk of ceasing real soon because of the attitude i just got today. If only I could find cheaper groceries at other places so I wouldn't need to shop there.

This guy below who said we should be so thankful we have a Walmart for the Pharmacy and other reasons is delusional. They kill all the competition in an area and drive out small struggling businesses trying to make ends meet.

Anyway, I just bought my first and last bicycle from them. No more big ticket items from this store for me. A Genesis V2900 big box bike was my purchase, and my experience today was horrible. This is where my horror story starts. The bike person does bike adjustments on certain days of the week. I dropped off my new bike there and was told I needed to leave it for them to work on. They said they would have him look at it and call me right away when it was finished. I called to find out what was going on with my bike. The CSM's up front sigh very loudly and are very rude with me passing me off to Jewelry then Lawn and Garden? What does this have to do with bikes? Next on hold over and over for such long periods. I would hang up and call back because they would just cut me off and i would get dead silence on the phone. I was so steamed that I had to call back 3 more times to finally get to speak to this bike assembler they told me about. I finally did get to speak to him. This was only after i got really pushy with the CSM on the 3rd call because i was running late for an appointment and wanted to see if i could pick my bike up. When I spoke with him he said no one told him my bike was there. I thought this is so wrong because he is quitting at 5pm and they told me he would have my bike completed before he left for the day. So after this poor communications nightmare he said he would get to it right away and adjust it. Well he adjusted it alright, I went to the local bike trail and the gears were so messed up I had to turn around and go home 1/4 of the way in, this was only after I told him don't touch my gears only the brakes because they are squealing and they still are squealing. He didn't listen and my gears were working perfectly before.

This was the end of the line. I had called again to find out what time he was going to be in the following day. I told the CSM this is unacceptable my gears won't even shift correctly now. She was downright nasty this time. She said what do you want me to do about it? I don't know what is going on they don't tell us anything. We are not allowed to know. I told her that is utter nonsense, I don't believe you!! This was a customer service manager mind you because I knew her voice. I have spoken with her very many times and she has been very rude. Well I had my fill. The following are the steps I took hoping this matter will be resolved quickly and you should too with such rotten service.

I got home and I immediately called 1-800-WALMART and spoke with someone at their corporate headquarters. I explained how rude and nasty they were and they said they were so sorry for my horrible experience with this store. She got her eyes opened I think after I told her about the entire store being so rude and downright disgusting attitude problems from almost every worker you encounter. Well, to make a long story shorter a full investigation will be taking place in the next few days and someone will contact me about my bike she said. I hope some people lose their jobs but I won't hold my breath. There are so many people out of work these days and we have these rude , ignorant, incompetent managers sitting in their place mouthing off to the customers. I just really hope something is done and soon because there are really bad things going on at this store. The people are all rude look ticked off and even people I have known for years won't speak to me when they are working there. Please help if you can they want donations well they can act like decent human beings I say! Do them a favor and donate to their complaint department at 1-800-WALMART. There is no need for this rude treatment of customers. We supply their bread and butter so to speak and they treat us like dirt. It's time this ends. Please report this store if you have problems don't remain quiet. Headquarters told me they really didn't know what was going on. I don't know if I buy that but at least let them hear from you. We all must stand for what is just in our world! Take a stand today and let them know you won't take anymore of this, Please!!!

We are finished shopping at this Walmart and any Walmart. Tired of the cluttered aisles, tired of the rude employees. We understand that they aren't appreciated or treated right, but that doesn't mean customers have to suffer for it. Last time I was there the cashier asked me to donate to something (there is usually someone always there asking for money/donations at the door or the cashier asks)..so I politely said, not today but thank you..she told me I would regret it. Really? how rude!
They are constantly moving items around so you can't find it..we know it's a standard procedure in marketing but it's so very annoying and makes for a stressful shopping experience. You can tell that most customers aren't happy shopping there by looking at their expressions...
The bathrooms are always nasty and some things are even broken..the bathroom door must never be cleaned because it's always sticky..yuck!
If you ever need assistance good luck finding someone who will help you...they don't keep enough staff to man the store. You have to walk all around looking for an employee, usually we have to go up front and have to ask them to call for help.
Every time we would go there we all get pretty stressed out..so we've decided to never go there again..We are taking all our business to the other businesses in our area..

If this area didn't have Wal-Mart, the citizens of Venango County would be in great trouble. Wal-Mart has everything from prescription drugs to high definition plasma televisions. Due to the convenient location in the middle of the county, people from all over can visit Wal-Mart. The staff, items, you name it, it's all excellent at this store. Plus, this store has a Subway in it, which means that when people are done shopping, they can enjoy a fresh made sub or a refreshing icee.
