Everyone was friendly to us at the office. The receptionist and hygienists are so funny! We love it here.

Great dentist office for kids. They make it about as easy as possible for them and for parents to bring them there. Flexible.

Very nice and comfortable atmosphere in the office. It helps the kids calm down and distract them.

Service with the doctor was excellent. I've already recommended a few people to Highpoint based on my experience with the kids.

We really appreciate how easy it was for us to get an appointment here. We called, and they got us in the following day. Great for busy schedules.

We took twice evening apps; staff and doctor were rushing us because they wanted to leave. Dr recommended remove a dot on my boy??s front dent and filled in. The following day the fill in fell out we went back and Dr said that was the last time he will fill in because was going to fell off. Evidently it did the next day, now my son has a hole and I just realized the office overcharged me my co pay. We don??t care paying as long as my kids are well serviced. Awful service, kids are not safe in this place. Go somewhere else.

This dental office looks new, nice, great facility. Everything looks great for kids. However, when it comes to a real service, this is not a place. They overcharged me for the portion that they believe the insurance paid less than they expected. They have no ideas of the allowances that each insurance group allows their customers to have for different services. The co-pay amount that they provided me with before I accepted to bring my kids in was way way off (+$150 more). They told me one of my kids would have a filling, but on the date we came, they said he also had 2 sealants need to be done. I asked them the co-pay amount for the sealants, one of their dentists said $0, insurance would pay 100%. However, in the middle of the procedure, they again told me that I had to pay co-pay for the sealants. This drove me really mad because they have no sense to do business. That was not the end. A month after that, I received a statement from them. This time they ask me to pay more for the services on the day my kid had 2 sealants. The reason was my insurance company did not pay them as they expected. I called my insurance to verify the allowances and yes, I did pay the co-pay that according to my insurance was correct, and they told me that I don't have to pay any more since this dental office accept my insurance that means they are participating in this insurance, they have to accept the allowances too. I really had bad experience with this dental office. Now I am looking for a new dentist for my children. I hope I can find the one that serve their patients with their heart.

Highpoint Pediatric Dental is an amazing group. We primarily see Dr. Durra who works great with my children. The staff is all kind and makes my children feel comfortable with what procedures they are doing that day. They have arcade games in the waiting room as well as a tv to keep their mind off the fact that they are at the dentist. The end of the visit is rewarded with great prizes from the prize bucket. I would recommend this place greatly!
