on june 19 was driven by bryan to the world cafe. bryan picked up 15 women at various residences and never skipped a beat. he was a terrific driver and wonderful 'host'. bryan, thanks for making the evening that much more enjoyable!

Wow! What a selection of vehicles. We looked at many limousine companies, and they were nice, but they all had the same type of vehicles. Limo Today has a nice selection from a small Chrysler 300 to Stretch Hummers. We were welcomed to go inside the vehicle and really feel the vehicle out to make sure it was right fit for us. We stopped at one company that wouldn't let us in the vehicle. Maurice, the wedding transportation coordinator told us to imagine us in the vehicle with our bridal party and make sure everyone would fit. We finally picked the Hummer. They reminded me of little details that I didn't think about. \r\n\r\nThe night before the wedding, our driver (Brian) called to make sure no adjustments were made to our schedule and gave us his cell phone number in case we had any changes or questions. \r\n\r\nThe day of the wedding, our vehicle arrived 15-minutes early and Limo Today added colored napkins to match our wedding colors and Brians tie also matched. That was a nice touch and made my wife smile. \r\n\r\nThe only problem....it rained. Thanks to Brian my wife didn't get wet. He was waiting with an umbrella and made sure not a drop of rain ruined her day. Thank you Brian!\r\n\r\nIf your looking for a professional company who actually cares about their client book your limousine with these guys. From the time you walk in the door until you say good night....you feel welcomed.

I honestly do not even know where to begin with how disappointed I am with this company. I selected them because the owner, Glen, ALWAYS responded to comments posted online about the business which made me feel as though he really must care about it. I couldn't have been more wrong!!! I booked my limos (yes, two of them) all the way back in January for our May Wedding. I did not realize that I never received a contract, and since my credit card was charged I made the mistake of assuming that everything was set. About a month before our Wedding I got an e-mail from the company saying that I needed to make my final payment, and had to bring cash or a money order to their office because I missed the window to use a personal check. When I responded to the e-mail saying that I did not know that money was due because I never received a contract, they acted as though it was MY fault. When I finally got the contract days later via e-mail, EVERYTHING was wrong on it from the vehicles we had booked to our home address to the spelling of the word ""matron"" to the pick up time. I called the company in an absolute panic begging to speak to Glen, who at the time I thought would have been able to help me. I sat on the phone for OVER an hour speaking to a representative while I HEARD Glen in the background telling him to ""deal with her"" instead of speaking with me himself. I then called his ""personal cell phone number"" which they advertise as one of their bonus points, and he sent the call straight to voice mail. When I FINALLY got to speak to him on the phone, he was down right rude to me until I called him out on it. At the end of the conversation, I still did not have the limos that I booked, I did not receive any sort of discount, but was promised ""complimentary airport transportation"". A week and a half later, I received a contract for that via e-mail and was appalled to see that I was expected to pay a $54 gratuity to the driver and had to sign a contract saying I would do so. Since when does complimentary mean that I have to pay out of pocket? Needless to say, I called the company and told them that I was declining the ""complimentary"" airport transportation and was nearly brought to tears when I heard Glen laughing in the background. \n\nOn the day of my Wedding, one of the limos showed up at my parent's house to pick us up. She looked ridiculous in a tuxedo straight from the 80s with tails and everything else. She then had the audacity to tell my dad to ""relax"" while she was going the completely wrong way to the church. She made us late for my own Wedding! \n\nThe bottom line is that this company is absolutely, without a doubt, the WORST vendor that I made the mistake of hiring. One thing I truly learned: you get exactly what you pay for. This company was the cheapest I could find, because they were TERRIBLE. Stay far, far away!

For Limos, Limo Today. They were awesome. They were early even during a blizzard, knew exactly where to go and got there safely. They were the best deal around, and you get to speak with the owner Glenn, he makes sure everything goes exactly how you want it. I was so pleased with them. The drivers were all really nice to( we used both a hummer limo and a shuttle from them).

We had a very positive experience with Limo today. They were very prompt on the day of our wedding and confirmed all timelines for the day multiple times prior to the event. DO NOT USE LIMO TODAY!!! They will first make sure they get their money and then rip you off and then never contact you. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!\n\nMy wife and I ordered a stretch Lincoln Navigator at a bridal show for our wedding because the price was amazing and they president of the company seemed like a nice guy. Well, once they got our deposit money, all the pleasantries ended. They promised to call us the day before the wedding to confirm the event and to make sure nothing had changed. Well, they never called! Not once. Once they had their money, they never cared. Not even to make sure they had right directions, which they did not.\n\nThen, they showed up with the wrong car!! We ordered a stretch Navigator to hold the extra people in the car and make sure we were all safe. Well, they showed up with a regular limousine that not everyone could even get in. We had to sit on the floor and listen to the drive shaft grind against the body of the car as the driver drove along. It was awful. We were all scared to even have a good time in the limo. It totally ruined all the effort we put into getting an awesome limo for the day.They offered to send another car, but it would have taken hours to get it and we would have missed our own wedding (which they knew we could not do).\n\nThen, they refused to refund us the difference for the overpayment and mandatory tip (which was all payed for upfront).\n\nDO NOT USE!!! They will make you think they are a good deal, but they will just screw you and ruin your day!. Spend a little more money and go with another company.
