Dr. John Gallagher.

So my wife talks me into going and having a singe done on my nose because it bleeds on the right nostril here and there. So this guy gets the chemical and starts pushing. I mean pushing my whole nose into the back of my head with a rag in my nose. Then he's looking at it. And then pushes again even harder. And then harder where I'm like what the (^&* is he doing. It hurt for awile and still bleeds. So he didn't fix anything.

An old guy on the way out asks me what I thought of him. It was odd and only later did I realize. I said he was rough. The old man said he had been back three times and his nostril still wasn't cauterized right.

I ran into him in the hallway at the hospital a few weeks later and he smiled and laughed but like he was laughing at me. Out of place.

Then a few months later my mother sees me and says why is your nose crooked. I got to thinking and start moving it around and what do you know. It has been broken and snaps in an odd way ever since.

So this guy who says he is a dr. broke my nose and gets paid for it. Hopefully some of you avoid him and save yourself some money and pain and a broken nose.

John.

I ahd mixed reviews with this office. After being sent by my primary doctor, I saw Dr. John Gallagher and even though I had to wait a hour for mu appointment I found him very good. He has help me for the past year with my hearing loss and sinuses. But the key is to schedule first thing in the the morning. There is a long time in the exam room too. I have a few issues with the staff as sometimes they are friendly and other times nasty. I am still waiting for them to call me back to schedule surgey. It has been 6 days and 2 phone calls. I might be looking for a new E.N.T. doctor

Pros: good staff

Cons: overbook and very long wait times, no call back reminders

I had sinus surgery by Dr. Chack. He was right on with explaining what would happen to me after the surgery. While the wait to see him is usually long, I found him to be a good doctor and surgeon.

I lost my voice due to a paralyzed vocal cord. Scared that anything worse could happen, I went to Bucks ENT Associates and had my appointment with Dr. Jeffrey M. Briglia D.O. I was treated with compassion and concern, as well as respect. I was taken in a timely manner. The time spent with the Dr. was generous, while he answered all of my concerning questions, giving two options for restoring my voice. I am grateful I was recommended the him and certainly will follow-up, with trust for a complete recovery.

I have been going to Bucks ENT for going on 2 years. I had chronic sinus problems that my general physician could not cure and suggested going to an ENT. I chose Bucks ENT as Dr. John Gallagher was affiliated with my nearby hospital and had good credentials.

Dr. Gallagher was concerned about my condition and worked with me to cure the chronic sinus infection I had without surgery! I continue to go to Bucks ENT as I am on allergy immunotherapy for my allergy problems and my condition has improved a lot over the course of treatment.

I will say that the waiting room can get pretty full. However, I take this as a good sign even if there may be a wait. The wait has never been longer than I experienced at other doctor offices.

So I have had on going ear issues for a few months and went to a couple of ENT's in the bucks county area, including Joel Jaffee, Lee Miller and Sandra Saul. These doctors more or less said that there is not much to do except wait it out and the experience felt more like a drive-thru, rather than dine-in.
Then I was referred to Dr. John Gallagher and oh my gosh, what a wonderful experience. Dr. Gallagher sat with me and throughly explained what is going on and had such an urgency to get to the bottom of the issue. He was incredibly concerned and empathetic and clearly explained the various steps he was going to take to figure out what is going on. He said at the end of the appointment, "I just hope that I can help you and get things back to normal". I would absolutely reccommend Dr. Gallagher with all my heart. He is kind, patient, thorough, knowledgable, and down to earth. He was such a blessing!

Pros: They scheduled me in last minute!!

Cons: Office staff not the friendliest bunch in the world but did their job

.

i totally agree with the other reviewer! everything she said was true to my experience too.
i was considering plastic surgery on my nose, and when i asked him to expain how it would look, he squished my nose in with his finger, and said "like this".
at one point he didnt seem to like my questions, and slammed his folder shut and said, "go to someone else"

My appts. with Dr Chack was under 2 minutes . The wait was over 2 hours. They over book . He refused to answer my questions, is arrogant, pompous, and does not explain anything. They are so obessed with typing notes on their laptops more than helping patients get answers to the ENT health issues. When I asked one question , he said "time is up" That is why I go out of state for many doctor appts.
