.

Unfortunately, my doctor was booked the whole day so a friend of mine told me about this MedCenter 100. I was leaving for vacation the next day and had my tonsils the size of golf balls. I just wanted to be seen quickly to get some antibiotics before I left. So I called early afternoon and got an appointment to be seen by a doctor later that day. I called them about an hour before I was to leave for my appointment to ask about insurance and if they would accept an authorization to be seen so that I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. The first woman I spoke to couldn't help me so she put me on with the director. The DIRECTOR had no idea what to do and rudely said she would call me back. NINE minutes later, she called me back and told me that they needed more information. I told her that I would be happy to provide her with whatever else they needed and in a huff, said "You know, I just spent 20 minutes going back and forth with them. If you want to come here you can but you'll have to pay out of pocket, and if not then you don't." Wow. I calmly said thank you and hung up. POOR POOR Customer Service.
