So angry that I didn't research this company! I hate paying for poor service and this is what that company gave me, aggravation and wasted time. It would have been less the hassle without them. Every time I called, I was never able to get

They came out the same day I called and I was able to pay for all my repairs. Staff very friendly. Quick turnaround. I would use them again in the future.

This company did a terrible job in representing my interests in a recent claim. Not only was it impossible to speak with my adjuster, it would take numerous calls to be placed by me before he would actually call me back. They were not proactive in their approach, but rather simply sat back and waited for the insurance company to do their job. They never submitted any proposals or letters to the insurance company and it took me receiving a letter from my insurance company advising that they had not submitted anything for my claim before they finally did anything about four months after the claim occurred. This was a simple, minor claim that took five months to conclude due to their inaction. I am at a loss as to what I paid them for, as quite frankly, the did not do the job that was expressed to me when I signed with then. Even when it the claim was finally resolved (five months after the incident), I received release paperwork in the mail but no call to explain how that number was arrived at. Most of their reception staff was rude and only one of them would actually attempt to assist me when I couldn't reach my adjuster. When I finally spoke with the adjuster's supervisor (who I later learned was the owner, Tony), he only defended the adjuster, and kept talking over me, not allowing me to express my full concerns. In that conversation, Tony (owner) promised me that the final remainin check for personalty would be forwarded directly to me WITHOUT taking a fee. Shockingly, when I got the final check, they HAD taken their fee, which now adds "liars" to the words that can used to describe them. Lastly, they now refuse to return my calls - at first the answer was "may I tell him who's calling?" and as soon as they heard my name, he's suddenly "not available" - imagine that. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will chalk this up to one of life's mistakes that I will NOT repeat again.
