Outstanding Science Ctr., well set up for kids with lots of very interesting hands-on exhibits. It's also a very attractive space, bright, airy, and colorful, with an attentive and courteous staff.

Would highly recommend a visit--for both kids and their parents!

This is a nice little science center. They have a variety of different stations where kids can explore and learn. They sometimes have live animals to touch, like snakes and hissing cockroaches.

The center is two floors and is tiny. We got through it very qucikly and it was VERY crowded day. We went during a weekday and there were hundreds of kids. My son had a hard time being able to see and explore things because of the crowd. They have a todder exploration area which is a joke. It's a tiny room with foam blocks a couple of puzzle things. And it was dirty.

They don't have a cafeteria. They have a few tables and chairs and vending machines that serve burger and pizza (gross). I personally feel the price is a bit high for what they offer. You can spend a few bucks more and get a lot from a science museum in downtown Philly. This is a good place if you live in the immediate area and need something to do on a rainy day. Otherwise, it's not worth making a trip.

The indoor bee hive is cool, though.

Love this science museum! It is small, so my kids can get through it in a couple hours. It is rarely crowded. The staff is friendly. It may be smaller than the big city museums but that also makes it more intimate. Highly recommended!
