I've went to Dr Fink since I got my first tooth! Dr Fink is GREAT if you are lucky enought to see him, there are 2 other dentist working there as well. The office staff is just TERRIBLE. I've been waiting 3 years for an appointment. The only days I could go was on Fridays and I (try) to go regurally for my cleanings every 6 months. I've had many appointments made on Fridays and they always call and tell me I need to reschedule...see they don't work many Fridays. Also once I got a letter in the mail telling me I need to call them to reschedule my Friday appointment. Recently I had an appointment at 6am. I was there but they were not open! Here i thought I was mistaken and they meant 6PM not AM...Then I got a phone call asking where I was, I was supposed to be there at 7AM!! That was the last straw. With my insurance I get 2 free cleanings a year, good luck getting in 2 times a year at this place! This went on for 3 years, I finally switched to a different dentist! I called them on a Monday and they got me in right away, on Wednesday! I thought I had a cavity turns out it was just a sloppy job done with a filling (not by Dr Fink, these were done by Dr. Grimes, one of the other dentists there).

Also If you are a new patient here prepare to pay everything up front even if your insurance should cover it. My boyfriend has been going there for 2 years and is still considered "new" and has to pay for everything up front on the same day.
