Bulb, a full service lighting showroom, located in the Rittenhouse Square neighborhood of Philadelphia offers in-showroom and on-site consultations, as well as work with designers, architects and builders. "Our secret cure for SAD during the sun-starved winter months? Basking in the warm luminosity emanating from the lamps, pendants, wall sconces and chandeliers at Center City's new petite lighting showroom, Bulb. Offering an inspired selection that will brighten Main Line colonials as easily as Fishtown lofts, owner Kazan Spratt carries fixtures from Continental designers such as Arturo Alvarez, Leucos and Objet Insolite. Plus, Spratt hardwired his gallery-style display of fixtures, so we can freely flip switches as we browse." PHILADELPHIA MAGAZINE/JANUARY 2008

I'm in the process of decorating my living room. My friend in Philadelphia told me about about this fabulous boutique that has exquisite lighting. The prices were a little expensive, but it was worth it. The staff was very knowledgeable, and yes I would recommend them.

This place has beautiful contemporary lighting. There are many different attractive fixtures to choose from. The price points are rather restrictive and the $25 gift certificate someone gives you will not quite even pay for the bulb...

Just moved here from NY and one thing I like about living in Philly is getting a more personalized service from the retail stores in the city. Bulb is awesome. These guys know thier stuff and have a killer little boutique full of amazing designs. they did the lighting for a kitchen rennovation we just completed and it came out beautifull. If you want to find something different and work with people who actually know what they are selling then Bulb is it.
Pros: Lighting as art
Cons: none
