OMG where should I start! Bought 5 bikes from them.
1st. two dirt bikes, I was told the 230 was right for me (6'2" 245lbs) after riding for a bit and discovering the upgrades I came back to tell my new "friends" about the after market upgrades making the bike faster. Then ERIC (the owner) the one who said the 230 was perfect said, "oh you should have bought the 400 or 250 that 230 is way too small for you!

I also bought my street bike there - I was talked into the 5yr extended warranty - never told I could have gotten 1,2,3, or 4 years I was only told about the 5 year (up selling liars!) waited for months for the extras that came from Italy.

Parts dept. I was sold a winter riding jacket and told "it's the best" after the zipper broke a month later I brought it back and the same parts guy (The owners son) said, ... "oh these jackets are junk you should have bought this other kind"... they are just money hungry, they'll tell you anything to get the sale, anything!

Original dirt bikes were stolen - we bought two more with the Ins. money - they tried to change a discounted price tag on the bike _I saw it one day, came in the next and it was gone and they denied it was ever there.

These are only the low-lights there are service stories - waiting and waiting for parts with no return calls. the slick fast-talking parts counter will remind you of a sleazy used car lot, the "won't you just shout-up some-what off sales men is dreadfully painful to deal with. More family members in the finance office, watch-out thats like being in the vampires lair.

Now if you get your facts first: learn the prices and what they should be, go in a make the best dam deal you can get your bike a ride for the hills. As they are very close to me I will still by a pair of gloves or a replacement clutch lever, but thats it! I'll not give them any big business again - there's just something wrong there. Great Showroom though - great place to look.
