Ratings_icons Rude and Arrogant Receptionist

riama nagero

The regular and lovely manager, Annie, is on maternity leave and they put a rude, arrogant, awful person, Lisa, in her place as the receptionist. Lisa screamed at me in front of customers and staff loudly proclaiming that I was combative because I challenged her decision about a return. She does not belong in a customer service setting, she's a jerk. I told management that I will never go back as long as she is working there. They've lost my business and my daughter's and they only gave me a lame apology after I called them several times and they only responded after I sent an angry letter.

Pros: bad receptionist ruined experience

Cons: will never go back

Ratings_icons I agree...great for color, not for cuts

pattysexton

I also go to Remma. She is excellent at doing color. My hair was a total mess before going to her and when I left it looked fabulous. The only thing is that I don't think that cutting is her thing. I haven't been happy with the last 2 cuts I've gotten from her, so I'll need to go somewhere else for that, but for me, color is more important anyway. The only thing that I was not happy about at all the last time I was there was 1) I had to wait 1/2 hr. for her to finish with her last client and I was on a very tight schedule - but Remma did finish me the time I told her I needed to leave - I was upset b/c I purposely made my appt. one week in advance so this wouldn't happen and I thought it was really rude that they didn't even offer me a free haircut or blowout for my next visit or anything for this delay and 2) I think the new receptionist they have to replace Ann (blonde girl who was pregnant) is extremely rude. All she did the whole time I was there is run outside to talk on her cell phone!! She did't once go up to Remma to even tell her I was there!! She needs to get another job.

Pros: color

Cons: not the best cuts + don't go here if time is an issue!

Ratings_icons Worst Haircut EVER

Mao

I received the worst haircut ever here. I wanted 3 inches off and long layers, what I got was short layers and a line of hair across the back of my head. I am so embarassed and paid $45 for this and by the end of this, will have paid over $100 to get it fixed. They were not willing to offer me a refund and said that I paid for a service. Well, the service was to cut my hair right! You did not do the job right and you should refund the money!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER GO HERE!

Pros: No Pros

Cons: EVEYTHING

Ratings_icons Terrible Cut and Service

loltr

I am new to the area and walked in for a hair cut. I do not know if the girl was new but the haircut I received was not what I asked for. When I asked for a refund I was told no. The last time I checked, the customer was always right. The person I spoke with was incredibly rude and I left in tears. I had to go across the street and pay another $65 to get the haircut corrected. The person who fixed it said it was quite a challenge. I cannot believe that this how people plan on keeping and growing businesses these days. They should be ashamed of themselves. I have read that they do good color, that may be the case, but don't let them cut your hair.

Pros: Across from Wholefoods

Cons: Lack of Cusomer Service

Ratings_icons Best Haircut!

baci09

Rema at JM in Wynnewood, (by wholefoods) is the best! She has cut and styled my hair twice and they are the best cuts and blowdry I have had in years. She always listens to me, never takes too much off my long hair, gives me fantastic angles in the front that everyone compliments me on. Thankyou Rema!!

Pros: Excellent stylists, no ego's!!!

Cons: Hard to get on phone sometimes
