Worst experience I have ever had with a?
Worst experience I have ever had with a dealership of any make. My Volvo has never been serviced by anyone other than our local dealership. We were out of town and had car trouble. Ray Price's service department made a mistake and would not cover their work, blaming it on our local dealer. Every email address I could locate for them online was sent a copy of my request. Approximately 10 emails were sent. Not a single reply. They are bad from top to bottom.

Ray Price does not back up their cars. I had a problem with my rims rusting when I first got my car and they told me that it was rocks hitting my rims and chipping the paint. After my rims kept getting worse my dad took my car to a Honda dealer in NJ to see what they said and as soon as they saw the rims they said that they were defective and that we should file a claim with the company. The other dealer happily took pictures of the rims and sent them to Honda for the claim. Unfortunately though the pictures were not good enough so I had to go to Ray Price to get them taken again and sent to the company. When we went for the pictures the staff at Ray Price acted very cold to us like we had done something wrong. After taking the pictures he said he would send them into Honda. A week later we called to check in with Honda and see the status of our claim and we were told Ray Price never sent them the pictures. Honda then decided to call Ray Price and when they did they told them that there was nothing wrong with my rims and that the spots of rust were just from rocks hitting my car. (I have looked at other CRV's ones older and newer and have never seen rusting on them like mine so I doubt that it is rocks. After Ray Price told Honda this, Honda called us back and told us that my claim was not approved because Ray Price said that it was just "rocks". I do not know why Ray Price would, excuse my language but "screw me over" like this especially because every vehicle we own is from there. I can assure you that neither me or anyone in my family will buy from them again because of this awful experience.

This is not the first time this has happened but, definitely the last. I brought in my 2010 honda accord after only three months for A/C repair. I purchased the car in Feburary and did not check the A/C when I bought it. When the months turned warm I turned it on and it did not work. I went to the dealership Ray Price and the service department told me it was the condenser and that it must have been hit with a rock.

I called my insurance company and they rocommended I go to another certified repairman. I did and they replaced the condenser. One week later, the A/C failed again so the repair center put another one in, this time an OEM version and checked for other leaks. One week later, failed again.

The service center told me to take it back to the dealer because they cannot find the leak and it is definitely not the condenser. I did and they found a leak in the firewall pipes and ordered and replaced them on the warantee. The A/C has not failed so far. I inquired about refunding the amount on the condenser $500 (my deductable) and they refused saying there were two problems.

I would not recommend buying or servicing an automobile from Ray Price in East Stroudsburg, Pa.
