Dr. Phillip Hayes, Sr. is a world class physician. Without him, I am certain that my two deliveries would not have gone as smoothly as they did. In effect, I owe the health and safety of my children to him. Unfortunately, Dr. Hayes no longer delivers babies but I highly recommend him as a gyn.
