I agree with the other reviewers, but would like to add that this is not just a diner. The chef-owners who have had it for several years now have wisely kept to the previous owners' vision of good, simple food using the best ingredients, local when available, and non-dinerish specials. That's an important point. Yes, you can get a good omelette cooked in real butter with either plain or wildly-creative fillings, or a turkey sandwich on good bread with turkey they cook themselves (take THAT, Boars Head), but despite the counter with stools and oilcloth table cloths, this ain't just a diner. Once I had a sandwich of pork that they had smoked themselves with a side of apple slaw. They use fresh herbs. They like good cheeses. Diner guise or no, they are consistently turning out some of the best food in Doylestown. My only complaint is that many of the specials are heavy on fat, and (I'm old enough to remember) the old owners had more gorgeous salad specials. Here I'm talking grilled cheese special with gpuda, sauteed spinach and bacon. I mean, it's good, but every single element involves grease. Still overall, it's wonderful.

This is my favorite diner! The food is great, always consistent, with fast service and friendly staff. I am so happy that it has re-opened. Please try this diner for it's old-fashioned style and traditional food. If there is just a couple of you and their aren't any tables, try for a seat at the counter, it's fun and you get the same great service.

Tiny and cramped, the food, decor and staff make up for any negatives that might spring to your mind prior to eating what you've ordered. Their menu offers a wide variety of standard, classic diner fare - and you will be thrilled with the portion sizes and prices. A definite weekend morning destination, this place does a great job with lunch and dinner, too.

This is a great little diner and somewhat of a hidden gem in Doylestown. The place is small and decorated in a retro shabby chic 50's diner. The food is always good and the staff friendly. They also have great sandwich special. I would recommend going here as opposed to an chain, the quality of food is better.
