The gym itself is decent, if you're not looking for frills and/or assistance from the employees staffing the place. I typically visited during non-peak hours and there were plenty of machines available.

If you are considering this gym, pay close attention to what you're agreeing to in your contract and make sure to hang on to your contract. I signed a year contract and was informed of an annual fee (but they call it something different) that happens in October. I had to pay the first annual fee after being a member for a few months, but no complaints about that because I knew about it. Unfortunately, I went in in August of this year and cancelled my membership (60 day notice since my contract had changed to month to month) and specifically asked the gentleman at the front desk if I cancelled in time to avoid the October fee. He said yes, but the fee was still deducted from my checking account in October. I called and the representative who answered pretty much said "too bad" and that it's a retroactive fee that's charged even if you cancel. I emailed management (management@preferred-fitness.com) after I got their contact information off the website and received no response to my initial email and follow-ups.
