I had a wonderful experience at Beratti bridal...found my dress for a lot less and it looked great on me...the staff was very helpful and I am a satisfied customer.

Beratti Bridal has been terrible. I bought my wedding dress in November and was told that it would be in at the end of March. This gave me more than enough time to alter my dress plus a few months. I heard through my wedding planner that the store was going though some troubles so I called twice in March and Feb to ensure all was well. March came and went and I heard nothing. I then spoke to Mary who decided to push my dress to the summer, without ever consulting me! She said she didn't feel I needed it yet. Then we worked it out so that would get the dress by end of April. Now I have called and the staff has told me the dress is set to come in mid August. I can not trust ANYTHING the owner has told me. I have vowed that I will tell every bride I can NOT to go to Beratti. I have gone through so much stress that was completely unnecessary and have yet to get my dress that I ordered 7 months ago. \n\nPlease go to Eva's Bridal or Images of Racine, they have been SO helpful through this situation!

Worst Customer service. My mom recently bought her mother of the bride dress from your store and it was from an out of state designer. The owner measured her and told her that it was smart to buy a dress almost 2 sizes bigger in her waist than she currently is. My mother continued to tell her that it was not necessary to do that considering she is a tiny size and that she was planning on losing weight. The employee continued to urge her to do so, so finally my mom gave in eventhough she knew it was a bad idea. A few weeks later my mom asked if I would call your store to see if there was any way that we could change the order but the owner basically refused saying that there was no way. When the dress came in almost 4 months later I went with my mom to try it on, the dress looked enormous on her and it seemed like there was no way that it could be fixed. The dress was extremely expensive. My frustrated mother asked to speak to the woman who had measured her, who right from the start said that she knew my mom was going to say that and it was not to big on her. The dress has about 3 inches of extra fabric on each side around her waist and the straps rise up about 3-4 inches off her shoulders. The woman refused to do anything to help and just was basically extremely rude about the entire situation. I've worked in Customer Service all of my life and in any situation its known that you are supposed to do whatever you can to make a customer happy. I guess your store doesn't strive to give GREAT Customer Service.

I started my bridal gown search at Beratti figuring that because I heard it was a 'smalled' salon, that it wouldn't be as overwhelming as a HUGE store. And while they don't have thousands of exhausting dresses to dig through, they do have plenty of selection and dresses are arranged by price making it even easier to find something you can love! \r\n\r\nSure enough, that first day out shopping, I found ""THE ONE."" I thought it was too good to be true, so I went to three other places and nothing compared; dresses, value, service, nothing! I came back to Beratti two more times before purchasing the dress without any pressure at all. \r\n\r\nThey called the designer to ask questions for me, brought in a seamstress to quote my [very reasonable] alterations, and even suggested shoes and head pieces. They just gush over their brides and make them feel special :) \r\n\r\nI plan to go back again and hope to also find my bridesmaids dresses here. Wonderful, real people, I highly recommend! Especially Jessica my sales girl.

My sister found a dress she wanted. They didn't have it in the shop and the owner bent over backwards to get it for her. And she was honest in saying she didn't think she could. Even better when she did! And she gives the best discount incentives! She is honest when a dress isn't flattering you. She's not just out for the sale. But you want to give her the business because she goes over and above. You won't find that anywhere else! Not a huge selection. However, if she can get it she will. You can trust she will do everything in her power to try. If she can't she will do everything she can to get something as close as possible if it pleases the bride. If you want to feel like a happy and relaxed stress free bride, this is the place to go!
