Whole Foods Market

I have been a loyal customer of Whole foods Market for years but resent downsizing has apparently forced then to scimp on good customer service reps. I recently came in to return probiotic pills that did'nt work(many of their pills don't). It was a cash purchase and I wanted my money back. I was planning to continue shopping like I always do when I was told by an indigent cashier that "policy" forbids cash back on cash purchases! I thought i'd stepped into Walmart Hell via the Twilight Zone! I know for a fact that gift cards require accounts and I do have one. My account would clearly indicate that the purchase was cash based and I should have quickly been given my cash back. I spoke to an insulate woman named Jennifer Hutchison(Team Leader my foot) and she reiterated this new BS policy of theirs. Whole Foods Market is okay to shop at as long as you DON'T need to return anything. They no longer meet my expectations or standards of a Quality holistic market. To me their no different than a Walmart. As a matter of fact I don't recommend any of their produce, it is genetically modified and pesticide laden. This store is merely another Global supermarket the same as your local Pick&Save carrying fake food(GMO merchandise). Some of the GMO products(as indicated in many local News reports)is laced with poisonous chemicals coming from China. Melamine and such. We must all beware of Markets like these for our health and well being.
