We ordered Linens on 7-7-2010, they were expected on Friday the 9th, when we did not get them we called them and was told by an representative they would arrive on Monday the 12th, well it is now the 13th and they did not arrive yet so I called again, they told me they would be here on the 14th and actually should have been there on the 12th. All in all I was not pleased and got mad naturally I was supposed to have linens on Friday for my Saturday cleanings and here it is almost the Wednesday after Saturday and I have still not gotten them. I was also accused of lieing by one of the employees Mike Hans, And then we find out they canceled our order and said our money would be refunded. The order was for $951.59 and we still have not seen this refund. Use caution when using this company.

Farther more this company has a hard time accepting responsibility for their action, they are now denying they gave us 4 different times of delivery none of which have been met, they told us 3 different dates the product supposedly left their office none of those have been confirmed. I can honestly say this has been the WORST experience I have ever had doing business. Their inability to complete our order, process it and ship it on time, earned them a 3 star, their incompetence, and degradation of me and my company earned them a 2 star, their inability to accept responsibility instead of giving us excuse after excuse, as well as blaming us as if its our fault, and the continuous need to call me a liar earned them less than a 1 but I had to pick a 1 star. I will never order anything from this company ever again, and recomend anyone choosing them see better sources as their prices can be beat, and if you can beat the price its nnot worht the losses and frustration you will have if there is a problem. We lostaccounts, money,time and labor because of them and they accepted very little responsibility, for their actions, canceled an order without our authorization after taking our payment, then had me run around the bush just to get him to recall the package. Mr. Mike Hans has a hard time with power, he wants to be in control and make you feel belittled. I feel sorry for the people who work with and for him. There is so much wrong with our situation I would need another page to describe the whole experience. Just save yourself the trouble, order your linens elsewhere.
