I was shopping for a new car and Heiser seemed to be the dealer with the lowest internet prices. Met with one of the sales person and she was somewhat pushy but helpful. She was working hard as any good salesman/woman would do to

Best car buying experience both my husband and I have had.

Pre-buying Research:
When we decided on a new Toyota truck my husband contacted his preferred dealer and I checked out almost every dealer within 100 to 200 miles. I checked

I was in the market for a new Toyota, the only reason I ended up buying from here is because they went pretty low on the price- (even though I told them what I could afford for monthly payments and then it ended up being about $60 more than that after I had signed the contract)
They do not listen to you, they only try to push sales, they did not take into consideration several factors in my decision making process- they just kept pushing the price. I said I would have to go home and take a look at my finances and they were like "if you don't sign today, you probably won't be back, will you?" Also not a good sales technique!
They were misleading about the vehicle- I test drove it just to make sure there was nothing wrong with it, but since I had already driven the car elsewhere, I didn't pay a lot of attention to the features. Inside the office, they told me that it had power windows and locks, a few adapters for plugging in phone, ipod etc, among other things and when I picked it up- it was not so!
When I went to actually pick up the vehicle, the woman was like "Sorry, your salesman is out today" and I was glad because I never want to see him again- and his manager is even worse!
They also had my dad drive up from Chicago (he was co-signed on the car I had traded in) they said he needed to sign something, and when he got there, they said there was no reason for being there! Thanks for wasting his time, energy, and gas!
They also didn't give me copies of my key so I guess I'll have to go back there one day to get more keys.

On the plus side they have a nice TV in the waiting area and generic soda.

I have heard several other people similarly dissatisfied with Heiser as well. I will never go back there and I would not recommend buying a car from there unless maybe all the other Toyota dealerships in Milwaukee catch on fire.

Pros: parking, tv in the waiting room

Cons: customer service, knowledge of vehicles, financing/closing process
