Alstate Appliance Repair Co.

We had a another appliance repair company from hamilton and quoted us $1200.00 dollars to repair out refrigerator, which was a built in refrigerator. So we told them to hold off because we thought that was way too high, so we decided to call another appliance service company. We contacted the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce to see if they has a good and honest appliance repair company and they gave us Alstate Appliance Repairs number and we called them and they came out the same day and told us it had a bad compressor and quoted us $425.00 to repair it and had the part and got it up and going in 2 hours. Thank God we called the Chamber and got such a great company. Thanks Alstate Appliance Repair. We saw your Award...Congratulation, we see why you won it. You will always have us as a customer...

We contacted Alstate Appliance Repair and they were great from the start. We spoke with Stephanie, which was quite nice and prompt on the phone and got us on the schedule quickly which was a plus, sent a young man name Chris, which explained our issue and repaired it the same day. Just a Great Experience. My Refrigerator works great, thanks Alstate Appliance Repair.

I just wanted to add my review to the list. Alstate Appliance Repair has to be the Number 1 appliance repair company here in Delhi. We used a local business here in Delhi Ohio and they attempted to repair my sisters garbage compactor 3 time and never got it right. We asked around and a friend recommended Alstate Appliance Repair and they were out the same day and repaired it very quickly. Rick with Alstate really knew what he was doing. Very Professional Service, and its working like a new unit again. Thanks Alstate Appliance Repair.

I normally don't look at reviews but I saw the bad reviews on this site and I have to disagree with the bad ones. We have been dealing with Alstate Appliance Repair since March of 2008 and we have had nothing but good service. We have found out it does take a longer time for them to respond on the weekends because they are prob one of the few that service on weekends, but they do call back in a reasonable amount of time. They are the most professional company we have ever delt with. Nice vans,clean appearance,uniforms and they even wear those blue thing on their shoes to protect our rugs,nice touch. So we do disagree with the ones who rated this company badly, you need to give them a try. They service most of my friends appliance's and I hear the same comments as me. They also service the hospital I work at.I recommended them and they never proved me wrong. Keep up the good work Alstate Appliance Repair and keep your heads up, we think you do a great job, and also my neighbor will be calling you on their microwave, it broken. Thanks Again

We called Alstate Appliance Repair and they responded back to us very quickly and got our refrigerator up and going at a great rate,my wife has called around for rates and they were the best rates in town and the most professional we have ever had in our home. We here in Mason Ohio will always use Alstate Appliance Repair. We almost didn't try them but I'm glad we did. We have been riped off by other fly by night companies. I would be very cautious of these reviews. I called Alstate many times because of their great reviews and waited on calling another company because of these reviews. However, I have never received a call back from them. Then today when I called another company they said that they had already had two calls today from people with the same problem with Alstate. So, if you've waited for more than one day for them to return your call I wouldn't hold your breath and move on to another company.

Called Alstate Appliance Repair this morning because of the reviews I read. I had quite a difference experience. I called at 9:45 and Sherry told me they would page and have someone answer my questions. Do you do repairs on Saturdays and do you charge more? I waited over an hour, no phone call. Called again and Sherry told me they were probably out in the field, but they had my page. One and a half hours later still no call. Called Sherry again, oh, they must be out in the field, they have your page. Never mind, click. It's now nearly 1 P.M. and I'm wondering if I'll find anyone to fix my washer. Thanks for wasting my time today, Alstate, really appriciate it.

Alstate Appliance Repair Company rated high not only in the Better Business, but also, Angie's List. A A+ Company, so we contacted them and from the time the call girl answered til they finished repairing my refrigerator, well it was beyond a great job. Very professional company to deal with and thats why I added my comment. Thanks Alstate Appliance Repair Company.

They Quoted a Price up front and followed through. They were very professional. Stephanie, the call taker was very professional on the phone and set the call to the time we needed. Right on time, we are not use to be treated good by service companies. Thanks guys for the great service.

Alstate Appliance Repair can out and fixed our ISE garbage disposal after another company said it wasn't worth fixing. Alstate only charged us 59.95 and it was working as good as the day it came out of the box, thanks again Alstate Appliance Repair and thank you Rick and Chris.

Electric range repair-- I have had the pleasure of having Rick and Steve repair 2 of my appliances. The electric range repair he completed today (replacing the digital control panel)was done quickly and efficiently. In the past he was able to detect and repair a mysterious leak in my dishwasher with little trouble. His prices are very fair, his service prompt and courteous. I well definitely recommend his services to my friends!

We have always used the local companies here in Delhi Ohio but we were disappointed. The guy came into our house and smelled like alcohol and it was on his breath, so we won't use this local company again. Our refrigerator went out after 1 month and my wife wanted to contact another company, so we contacted Alstate Appliance Repair Company and they we very professional and nicely dressed and there is not enough good we can say about this company. Rates were way below their computation and they fixed it right. Thanks Rick and Jim at Alstate Appliance Repair, and thank the guys.Excellent work.

We have had other Appliance Repair Companies here in Cincinnati, but we felt they were not being honest with us. Alstate Appliance Repair came out to our home,explained the problem and the cost, and educated us as well on the problem and what caused it. I had actually scheduled an appointment with another company to fix my washer, and then I read the wonderful reviews of Alstate Appliance Repair. I hadn't been overly impressed with my first impression of the other company over the phone, so I canceled the appointment and scheduled one with Alstate instead. I was very pleased with the prompt response and wonderful service I received from Alstate. Rick was both professional and friendly, and the price was much lower than I had expected. Very knowledgeable also... they'll get right to the root of the problem won't charge you for things you don't need. I highly recommend Alstate for any appliance repair needs.

We have used all the Appliance Repair Companies here in Cincinnati,but we never received the golden treatment like Alstate Appliance Repair gave us.They are the best Service Company we have ever used.I have posted their name at the Camargo Country Club. Only the A+ Service Companies get posted there. This Company is Located in West Chester Ohio. Alstate Appliance Repair was very prompt and helpful in taking care of my needs. I had a broken dryer and Rick at Alstate diagnosed and fixed the problem immediately. The service, price, and timeliness at which Alstate Appliance Repair works is rare in the service market these days. We only had a couple of Appliance Repair places to choose from and they were very high priced. So we contacted Rick with Alstate Appliance Repair and he repaired our refrigerator for 1/2 of what the other company quoted us. Very professional job. The Refrigerator was worked on in May and works Great.We have told our friends here in Indian Hills and they were impressed on what we told them. Beyond Professional,

You can tell Alstate knows their stuff. I was amazed with just a couple of sentences from me that he knew exactly what was wrong and promptly repaired my fridge. Add to that I found them prompt, courteous and professional.

I would definitely call again the next time I need any appliance repaired.
