I stay at marriott over 80 percent of the time and will continune. The best hotel chain. This is the only hotel of the chain I will never stay. Upon our arrival the hotel staff had a nasty attitude I look around just to check, yes it was a Marriott. I walk out started to call Marriott and complain but in due time they will see this hotel has issues. Went over to the Sheraton and what a wonderful hotel thanks Marriott Chattanooga I enjoy the Sheraton

Stayed here while traveling for work. Won't be staying here in the future.

Filthy hotel from the public areas to the room. Bar soap residue in the bathtub soapdish before I used it, visible grime on the shower tiles, someone else's hair in the tub before I used it, black grime under the toilet rim, an inch of dust on every solid surface, stained carpets. Called customer service to request a thorough cleaning, but the end result was just a little less dust. Filthy carpets in the pedway from the garage, dirty elevators.

No automatic doors from the garage or handicap doors to aid anyone with luggage, in a wheelchair, or on crutches. Only available aid to anyone in these circumstances was one employee at the main door where the valet was.

Customer service rep who "helped" me with my reservation was downright rude. She was annoyed to pause her rehearsed speech to answer my questions. Employees at check-in were curt. Employee at check-out never asked about my stay (he probably knew I'd tell him the truth - disappointing).

Restaurant was expensive for bland, tasteless food. The "gift shop" was more like a convenience store that charge $2 for a 20-ounce soda.

I'd give this place zero stars if possible. It was a totally disappointing experience! I've stayed at much nicer economy hotels!
