A+ Realty has managed our home for about 8 years and we absolutely love them and their service.
We just want to thank them--on such short notice--for making time for my wife to meet the Tenants and do a walk-through at our property. Thank you Kelly Kellett for making time when you really had no time, so that she would be able to travel further after the visit. Being able to see the house in the morning instead of in the afternoon, (let alone on a Saturday) indeed did make the difference between her having to spend another night on the road and being able to finish the trip the same day; which is what she was able to do and arrived here last evening about 10:00.
We are thankful for having A+ Realty doing such a magnificent job of managing the property. In our experience you are the best, and I relish learning about the continuing improvements you are making for the benefit of all concerned. We are thankful too to have had such excellent tenants who've done such a good job caring for the house.
Again, thank you A+ Realty for all that you do. We have always had great communication, been paid on time, received copies of all our bills, had all our questions answered and had exemplary courtesy and service.

This is in response to the review below. We love our tenants. It seems like only those tenants who (1) do not pay their rent on time (2) are charged for repairs or (3) are evicted write these reviews. We have managed thousands of units for many years so as you can see the disgruntled tenants are few and far between. To address some of the tenants issues....Repairs: A+ is a management company who works on bahalf of the Owner of the property as do all management companies. We must have authorization from the owner of the property to do repairs. Usually the turn around is quick but occasionally it does take a day or two to get permission. Emergencies are ALWAYS handled immediatley. Pest control is a complimentary service we offer for the tenants. This is set up for the same day each and every month. The pest control company is given a key unless the tenant requests otherwise. If you do want to the vendor to enter by key, it is your responsibility to be there that day. The day NEVER changes. As far as stove burners catching on fire....well, the vendor who is sent out to repair appliances is an independent contractor. He does not work for A+ Property Managment. If he said that your stove was filthy and had builtup grease on it and that was what was causing your "fires", that is an independant evaluation and has nothing to do with the Owner or A+. That is an unbiased opinion of your kitchen cleaning/maintenance. It would not be fair to bill the Owner for the stove not being kept clean. Again, we appreciate you comments but wish you would direct your questions and/or concerns to us so that we may better serve you.

So where do I start? I have rented an apt from this management because I just got stationed here with my husband at Ft. Campbell. I can say my experience with them have been horrible! They are great examples of you get what you pay for!! So I moved in, the paint job was shotty, touch the walls, doors and the paint rubs off because he only put one layer of coat on, and probably didn't clean the walls either. So apparently the previous owner made a hole in the wall, so did they fix it? Sure with duct tape and paint!! Try leaning on that part of the wall!!The painter must have been in such a hurry that he didn't mask off areas he didn't want painted because there was paint all over the tub, on the sink, and over DEAD BUGS that they didn't bother wiping off the wall. My windows wouldn't stay open by themselves, so I put in a work order in APRIL, and I also put in a workorder for my leaking kitchen sink. It is now almost SEPTEMBER and nothing has been fixed. The maintanence guy said he would have to talk to MANAGEMENT and see what they want to do. Then we start getting ants crawling on our window ledge through cracks and holes next to our bed, now we don't bring food into our bedroom so there is no way they could have been attracted to food smells. So we asked again for our monthly pest control to come and spray our apartment. The MANAGEMENT says that the pest control only comes once a month and if you're not there when he happens to knock on your door(at whatever time he feels like showing up) then you're SOL for that month. So finally the pest guy shows up when my husband is home, he goes in and doesn't give us time to move our belongings and sprays only the areas that wasn't covered. I have sockets that don't even have faceplates on them that management has failed to fix, I fixed it myself, wasn't really much of a hassle but it shows that they were too lazy to complete an apartment. So, my stove caught on fire on 3 separate occasions while I was boiling water. Somehow the maintenance guy said it was caused by grease because he found nothing else wrong, so we had to pay the maintanence guy $46 to tell us there is nothing wrong with the stove. Now why the management doesn't cover this I have no earthly clue. Also, if you have a traffic violation, be careful, they'll look at it and may deny you an apartment. Apparently their background check company is providing faulty information on people they are looking up, because they had my husband mixed up with someone else with the same name. So would I recommend them?? NO. This is no place to live especially with cops coming around the apartments at least once a week, and druggies getting high here.The owners are rude,pompous individuals who are clearly trying to make a quick buck with no regards to the tenants they are screwing over.
