I called to have someone come look at my washing machine, I told the person on the phone I was sure that my water level pressure sensor was broken, but wanted to have the machine looked at anyway. Kevin comes out I show him my washer (which I had already taken apart and removed the sensor) told him about the problem, he asked if the sensor was broken, I had to show him the missing screw and spring, he then told me it would be $300 for him to fix it. I told him that I had already found the part online for $50. And he just said again that it would be $300 for him to order the part and install it. I told him to just forget it, I would order it myself. He then told me that was fine but it would be $60 for the service call. I couldn't believe it, he didn't even touch my washer much less service it. I wrote him a check and then called my husband. My husband called him and told him how unhappy we were and he said he didn't care he had already cashed our check. I still can't believe how rude and unprofessional he was. I then went online and was able to order the part for $20 with free shipping, so I will be repairing the thing myself.
