I've been coming here for years. I've always been treated very well and have many friends who feel the same way. The owners are very hands on here and take a real interest in how things are done. Keep up the great work guys!
I've been a customer of Castle for many years. I've always received top-notch service from the parts and service departments. My mother bought a Kawasaki mule from Castle several years ago and was very pleased with the attention she received from the sales department. This shop has been around for many years and has always been willing to take care of all my needs! \r
I will always do business with Castle Powersports! Thanks guys!
I've been a customer at Castle Powersports since it was Kawasaki Honda of Nashville years ago, and I've always enjoyed doing business there. I've bought multiple vehicles, ranging from Jetskis, to four wheelers and streetbikes, and I'm thinking about getting another one. I'm interested in a new Thunderbird. I've bought from other dealers, but I keep going back to Castle, the staff has always been helpful and their service department has maintained my vehicles for me, even if I got it from somewhere else, and their parts department has always been helpful. If they didn't have it, they would try to get it. I've always been treated well, and if there was an issue of any type, they always tried to work with me. As long as I've been going there, I have to say, it's that willingness to work with me, that keeps me doing business with them. I highly recommend them, if you're looking to buy a vehicle, or if you need any service work done.
We purchased a pre-ownded M109 two weeks ago. The clutch had to be tightened which was done by the service team. Yesterday, we were stranded in the middle of the night on a busy intersection because the clutch broke. The cable just ripped. Castle did not offer any kind of support to fix this. After only two weeks of ownership this should have not happened - especially because the clutch was supposedly ""checked"". Was it tightened too much?? Is that why it broke after only two weeks??? I am questioning Castle's integrity and business moral and their quality of service and work. I dont feel that we were treated as a valued customer and we are never going to bring our business back. We are going to have this issue fixed somewhere else and every oil change, every maintenance or any additional service will NOT be done at this place. We have two motorcycles that need regular maintenance work done and we are eager to enhance and upgrade several parts - NOT with Castle. I am sure somebody with a business degree and a calculator will sooner or later figure out that it would have been much more profitable to show integrity and responsibility than saving a few bucks by not offering to take care of this. \r
Overall their customer service is a joke!!!!!\r
UPDATE on previous review:\r
After sending an email to the owner, he was so kind to get in touch with us. They agreed to pick up the bike and fix the clutch at no cust to us (besides material for the cable). I am pleased to see that Castle is taking responsibility and showing good work ethic and customer service after all. Thanks!!\r
I would not recommend this class to anyone who has never ridden a cycle before as it moves really fast. It is a good class to teach you the basics and get you your license, but you will still need to learn and practice a lot more.\r
One of the instructors, Rachel, continually told us that we were the worse class ever and were ""the class from hell."" Repeatedly told us that we had our heads up our you know what. She was very critical. I notified Castle Powersports about this and Craig did an investigation. After talking with other students, he decided to not use Rachel as an instructor anymore. I appreciate Craig looking into this to protect future students from this.
Pros: Course does get you legal and teaches you the basics
Cons: Motorcycle safety course moves fast
