Nothing but shysters and con-men here! My wife and I were recently duped by a fast talking salesman into buying a pre-owned minivan from them which came with their limited 2000 mile or 60 day warranty. We took it on a road trip over the holidays and had all sorts of problems with it. The water pump was leaking coolant badly, the brakes were bad, there was a power steering problem, the list goes on. When we got back from our trip, we took the car in to get it repaired under warranty. The technician sat on it for two days, didn't do anything to it, then calls us and tells us we have to take it to another dealer in town because they "weren't equipped" to handle the repair. So we take it there, only to find out after another day and running up a bill for $400 worth of diagnostic tests, that their "limited warranty" wouldn't cover any of the repairs and in addition to that, Alexander Toyota refused to pay the $400 worth of tests even though they'd sent us to the other dealer in the first place! So we've been out of a car going on four days now, still don't have a road worthy vehicle, and we're stuck with a $400 bill for tests! We are beyond furious! Customer service and standing behind their products are foreign concepts at this Alexander Toyota. I will never do business with them again, and I would strongly discourage anyone else from doing business with them unless you want to be fast-talked into shady deals, then taken for a ride at the first sign of a problem! Stay as far away from these people as you can!

I've always taken my car to Neill-Sandler, since I bought it there, and they have always done a very good job servicing my Toyota. The people are friendly and helpful, and they always answer the phone and you can talk to a live person very quickly, unlike at some dealers where you get voice mail and they don't return your calls. Neill-Sandler has recently quit providing loaner cars, unless you want to pay a $35 fee, and that's very disappointing. Other than that, I would recommend them for servicing your car.
