I've had the same frustrating experiences with Angles Communication. What I have learned is that they do answer their eMail to the customer service department (seems a lady by the name of Roxxann is the one who will answer you). Go to their website at www.anglescom.com and you'll find a customer service eMail link. Don't even think about trying to reach them on the phone, even to pay your bill. Roxxann finally advised me in an eMail today that you can go to https://my.telecomgroup.com, enter your user name (which is the email address they have for you) and your password (which is your account number) and pay your bill there either with a debit/credit card or an on-line check. It worked for me after spending several hours trying to figure out how to give them their money by the due date so they didn't cut off my service.

I told Roxxann in a reply to her eMail that I can't imagine a company in the telephone service business letting their own phones go down for more than a moment. Doubt that they care what I think, but had to let 'em know anyway.

I had a bad experience with angles. As a matter of fact, There have been time where it took me 6 wks to pay my phone bill. I have held for up to one and a half hours, got response and then lost connection on their part. This is every month, how can I keep my phone if I can;t pay my bill. I called to pay my billl one month and they said I paid ahead. The next month they said I owed a double bill. I mean, is this all these people have to do for entertainment? They cut my long distance off. It never worked right. After you use so many minutes they cut you off and say that the long distance is out of order and they will get it repaired asap. But it never happens until the next month after you pay your bill, then it starts again, and your bill is not even due when they cut it off. Their website is impossible to pull up so how can i pay on the websight? I am seriously thinking about switching. It shouldn't be a hassle to pay your bill. I have never gotten credit for being without service, long distance or anything else.

I HAVE HAD IT WITH THEIR BAD SERVICE. IF YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE PLAN TO BE ON HOLD FOREVER. IF YOU GET SOMEONE THAT SPEAKS ENGLISH YOUR LUCKY.
I HAVE BEEN WITHOUT LONG DISTANCE FOR OVER A WEEK NOW. I HAVE CALLED EVERY DAY AND NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHAT THE PROBLEM IS OR WHEN I WILL HAVE SERVICE AGAIN.THEY HAVE MOVED TO FLORIDA NOW BECAUSE OF THE F RATING THEY HAVE IN TN. THEY NEVER CREDIT YOU FOR NOT HAVING SERVICE. IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET REPAIRS DONE. MY mother has been living without phone service for several weeks. She has no cell phone tower in her area. She lost service during a repair by Bell South, to my knowledge. She has service through Angle in Cosby TN. I have tried to contact them through their live chat option. They would not help me because I did not have her secret contact #. I gave her name, dob, maiden name, address, dogs name, her mothers name ect.... Unfortunatly she is diabled and cannot contact me. She drove to the public library and posted a help note and phone # and web address on her facebook. To date they have refused to restore her service. I begged and begged. I am so worried about her and hurt that my family and I cannot speak to her during the holidays. This is first holiday without her husband. How could you anymore alone and helpless.

This company is a total rip off. My sister lives on disability. They took her money and didnot give her the service. she has no car and the only contact she has is through the telephone.. They would not refund her money. They absolutely seem to prey on the helpless in our society with no moral regard for the financial distress they are causing the disadvantaged. I hope they put my sister's $60.60 to good use.

We had alot of rain and I awoke one morning with no service. They wouldn't come and fix it without proof that I rewired my whole entire house! It took them almost 3 weeks to send someone out to repair it. No one speaks English, and they won't let you speak to a supervisor! I called to request to extend my due date for a few days, and awoke to find my service disconnected on the day which I told them that I would be making my payment! I had to go to a pay phone and do you know they had the nerve to tell me that I didn't call them previously? They would not take any less than the late fee, reconnect fee, and a debit card fee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They only repeat themselves over and over and over and over when they talk to you! That's why I say that they don't understand ENGLISH! Oh, expect to be on hold for at least 30 minutes or more! They tell you that you can get unlimited long distance, but it's actually 60 minutes worth. My voicemail has never worked, and I can't get them to fix that either! It's been 8 months already. When I can afford to switch, I am. The flat rate for this is $25.00 and you definitly get what you pay for. At least they could be nice once in a while! Never use Angles Communications!!!
