I wanted to do a music tour in Nashville and found Metro Livery online. I decided to give it a go, since they offered something that appealed to me - transportation to the venues I wanted to visit, and spending as much time as I wanted to once I got there. Wasn't rushed or anything, and I enjoyed the Country music Hall of Fame and spent considerable amount of time in the wax museum.

I use this limousine service Nashville very regularly, at least twice a month. I really enjoy the service they provide. I like their speedy response to my calls, very comfortable and impeccably clean sedans. I also think the chauffeurs at Metro Livery are true champions. Excellent service!

We rented a van to take us to & from a concert. The van absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. All 12 of us smelled like cigarettes all night - terrible.

The driver wasn't a very good driver. We were tossed around in the van while en route.

Communication prior to & the night of was good. However, the driver & the disgusting van would make us not use them again. We were really disappointed.

I have no issue with the drivers or vehicles. You always see their cars and they are clean and presentable. The drivers are always pleasant. It is the office staff that treat everyone like they are the enemy and look down at customers, drivers and the public. Shame on them. From now on, I'll stick with Basic Black Limo service or Roadrunner Limo service. At least with them, you never get treated like dirt.

With a very reasonable price and very helpful driver, as I would like to compliment his name James, traveling from Singapore to the US was such a tiring experience, but with the help & courteousness of the Limo driver that picked me up from the Nashville airport, and his awesome stories, it somehow made my tiredness disappear. I was introduced to this company through a friend a few months ago. It has always been a habit of mine to question the name of the person I have spoken with in the event that my plans for their service are in need in changing. This past Saturday night I requested a vehicle and spoke to a woman Laura. She was very professional and helpful. Our vehicle arrived on time requested and driver was excellent. On Sunday afternoon I spoke with a woman named Tracy. Once again, the service was excellent, Monday afternoon I called and spoke with someone named Thersea to schedule a pickup for a friend, It seemed that she was trying to rush me off the phone. She was talking back and forth with another person while trying to get information from me. I asked her to read the information back to me and was told ""I have all the information and we will be there,"" My friend called me about fourty-five minutes later to let me know his vehicle hadn't arrived. I called back wanting to know when vehicle would be arriving and was told there was no run scheduled to pick him up but they would have a car there within thirty minutes they were busy. When I explained that my friend needed to be on time for appoinment, she was very rude and suggested that I call a cab. After receiving this type of treatment, I will never use their service again nor suggest this company to anyone I know.

I booked a stretch Escalade for my sister's bachelorette party. I knew it was prom season & Derby weekend so I called over a month in advance. They set me up and sent me a confirmation.

Day of I called to verify everything and woman who answered said ""yes everything looks great"". I said ""ok so we have the Escalade-etc."" She said"" let me check "" then put me on hold and came back to say ""Sorry that vehicle broke down last night & we have no other cars""
Which everyone in the industry knows our reservation got bumped for someone else paying a higher amount. Then the woman kept hanging up on me and wouldn't explain anything. So childish & unprofessional. We had to postpone the bachelorette party. I was furious.

I used Metro Livery for an overall city tour. I have also used Metro Livery for a corporate meeting. The service and information that Metro Livery had to offer was the best in the city. The information that their chauffeurs shared with us about the city was exceptional and absolutely interesting. I would highly recommend Metro Livery.

I was told that Metro Livery were the best people to use for car service in Nashville. What I found was extremly disappointing. Apon calling the first time I had a lady answer the phone saying, ""Ma'am have you tried the making a reservation online, we're busy right now."" There was no, ""Hello this is Metro Livery,"" and I'm a man, so I have no idea who she thought she was talking to. After she heard my voice she said, ""Oh, this is the wrong person,"" and just hung up on the phone. The calls after that weren't much different. People pushing me to the website, when I did have internet service where I was. I had to call four times before I could make a reservation. I had to call and change from a town car to a van the next day. I did that, and the lady was very short with me on the phone. As a percaution I called back the next day to have to lady tell me that the reservation still had ""town car"" down for what was coming to get us, which of course was wrong. On top of all this the morning came for them to pick us up. The call was for 5:15am and they did not show until 5:40am. This was extremly disappointing and they will not be getting my business ever again.

We needed a car service for a huge meeting that we were having in Nashville. I googled this company and took a chance based on their website. When I called to make my reservation and the operator was rude, that should have been my 1st clue that this was NOT the company I should use. I ended up making at least 7 reservations in which there were changes to many of them. When I needed to make a change I would call them hoping for assistance with no prevail. When I needed a reservation cancelled, they would take the reservation number, but a car would still show up. Also, when the cars did show up, they were never on time...at least 15 mins late EVERY TIME. Finally...the last reservation was scheduled and when they arrived (on time for the 1st time) the guest was not ready. They had to wait about 10 mins. When the guest was ready and loaded in the car, the driver informed them that it was be a 10.00 fee...WHAT???? Poor poor poor customer service. After being rude and late several times they have the audacity to charge US a fee. I will never use this company again and I'm going to be sure that I pass this along to every person I know that works for my company, at my church, in my neighborhood and any other person that I come in contact with.\r

Finally they confirmed the reservation re-assuring me that they would be here on time. Approx 4 hours later...I received a cancellation email, so I called the office. I asked her if he was around for me to speak to him or if she had a explanation and she said no. Finally...after I had obviously upset her by asking questions...she said ""City Search"" and hung up in my face. If you're so concerned about what your customers think of you/write about you...you might want to start treating them with a litter more courtesy and respect.\r

My staff and I have used your service for some time now, well over a year. When the residents of this building call us to arrange a ride, we call your service. But I must say, I have consistently received bad service from one of your phone operators whom I believe is named Theresa. I try to give your company as MUCH business as I possibly can. I call you for ALL airport runs and try to convince all residents to use you for "round town" runs as well. Despite this, nearly every time I call and Theresa answers, I get rude phone behavior from her. She is short with me, VERY SARCASTIC, and even hangs up on me before I am done asking whatever questions I may have. Every time I get off the phone with her, I feel sick and wish there was another company in town that offered sedan/suv services for a comparable price.

I had a MAJOR problem with her several months ago pertaining to service I was arranging for a VIP (one of the owner's of this entire building). After that, I quit calling Metro Livery for service. I didn't even mention it as an option to the tenants that live here. A few weeks ago I decided to forgive and forget and began using your service again. Now again I have problems with her and as I write this, wonder if she is even going to send the car that I requested, out to Franklin to pick up my residents. After she hung up on me, I tried calling back. Each time she immediately hung up the phone, I assume she knew it was me and didn't want to hear from me. I then called the number listed for Williamson County service and the women who answered the phone that time told me she didn't know the owner's name when I asked. She stated that she was new. I asked which operator she was working with and she refused to tell me that as well. With every question I asked she put me on hold before coming back and telling me she "didn't know".

All I want is to speak directly to the owner. I am tired of playing childish games with Theresa or whomever it was that answered my call this evening around 9pm. I know her voice, there is no mistaking it. I hope this email is indeed finding it's way to the owner of the company and not intercepted by her. Please contact me regarding this. I know you have a lot of clients around town, but I can't guarantee that the we will be one of them unless I can feel assured that my complaint has been heard by the owner and that something WILL be done regarding her demeanor.

The phone operators were very courteous and the driver was 10 minutes early and professional. Can't beat the price. I asked 3 times for a luxury vehicle and was told we would be picked up in a Lincoln town car. What arrived was an old, beat up chevy suburban with 317,000 miles on it that should be retired. I called the company and was immediately offered a refund. Good service if you do not care about what you will be riding in. The price is less than other companies that I researched.

I asked 3 times for a luxury vehicle and was told we would be picked up in a Lincoln town car. What arrived was an old, beat up chevy suburban with 317,000 miles on it that should be retired. I called the company and was immediately offered a refund. Good service if you do not care about what you will be riding in. The price is less than other companies that I researched.

He took us downtown on Saturday night, to the Titans game on Sunday, and to our favorite bar after the game. He was prompt, courteous, and the rates can't be beat.
