Two months I spent $200 for a phone as a gift for my adult son. all sorts of promises were made especially the part about my son being able to transfer the phone to his own name. Now that the money has transfered hands I can't get anyone to work with me. I've gone to the Lee Highway store 4 times to be told to call the main office... when I talk to the main office... they tell me to got to the store. Go figure! When I complain about the store, Cricket tells me to go to another store, when I asked them to direct me to another store they say there is only one dealership chattanooga. Here is the kicker... I have actually spent the entire afternoon repetedly dialing the Lee Highway phone nunber, they will pick-up only to hang-up imediately. How can they manage a business like that? My question is... ""Is there a Cricket Czar in Washington?"" or is ""Cricket managed by ACORN?"" Gotta be something along those linea. Buyer-Be-Ware....... I am now happy with AT&T Suggest you all do the same BRay
