What can I say? The only good thing about it is that they did make things right financially after the problems were done.
The first problem is that they picked up my bike and waited a week until I called to see when it was ready. I was told that the service manager never made a ticket for it. Really!?!? Now that's not a good way to start off with a new customer. I knew it wouldn't picked up on time, but when you pick it up, be ready to work on it.
So after losing a week of work, they finally got started on it.
The second week included ordering a part without calling me or telling me that they needed a new part. I told them that it really made me upset that they didn't call or consult with me on the progress or ordering a new part.
Then they talked about communication issues, they prefer email, they didn't have phones they can carry with them and answer at any time, etc..... Not my problem. I expect timely and effective communication.
The third week included waiting a week for the part they ordered without consulting me when they said it should be in on Friday / Saturday, but didn't get in until Wednesday afternoon. I finally got my bike back 3 weeks later only for it not to start up when I went to drive away. They jumped it and it's running fine now, but any further problems I'll look for a new place to go.
I would not recommend this place if you like timely service, communications from the service department or want to be consulted about work being done / additional parts being ordered.
