This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived at. I have lived in buildings older than these with only minor incidents and those were usually addressed in a timely fashion. The windows here do not have proper locks and when you complain about it you are told it is up to code (found out that is not the case). Not a single door works properly, their solution, ""well you can take them off yourself and we will be more than happy to come and get them."" You complain about a potential leak in the apartment above you and are told you're crazy then 3 months later your bathroom is flooded. The real kicker is when your car that is legally parked and properly license is towed from the parking lot and it costs you $300 to get it out of impound. Everyone that works here lies and someone else is ALWAYS responsible. When I asked why my car was towed the response was, ""It's the county doing it."" When I called the county they had no idea what I was talking about. They don't tow cars on private property. Cedar Creek's response, the number to their lawyer, who by the way had no idea they were even her client! I have a feeling that the county building inspector may need to get involved. Maybe the Post Dispatch should be called as well...
