I have purchased a ford escape 2008 from you last year and was treated poorly. The car needed breaks just 2-3 months after purchase ($450-$500) . The guy Tim and the manager acted like jerks and refused to help me and treated me like garbage Now after a year, i have a flat tire in the middle of the heat. I find out that the Jack and the tools I need to lower the spare tire and remove it are not included and not where they need to be. Wow is all I can say about your dealer ship. What kind of inspection do you perform on your cars? Do you ever check the brakes? Do you ever make sure that the car is equipped with the tools needed to replace a flat tire? It will be nice if you take the initiative and do something about these issues and stand behind your dealership. Thank you. Paul

3 times I used this shop. 3 times too many. Went for a paint repair on a new car, received my white car back with brown paint speckles all over it and the part they were supposed to fix looked terrible. Took my truck to have the bed repaired that someone bumped into and dented. They put a used bed o my truck and now the only rust on my truck is on that bed at the wheel wells. Last but not least took a car I bought there for a tune up. They replaced the PVC valve routinely. It was defective and sucked all the oil out of my engine and within 2 1/2 weeks after the tune up I was driving aroung with no oil in my engine. Ruined it. They said that was not their fault. Never stood behind any of these 3 goof ups. Will never go back for anything. The main manager Bob was not interested in making anything right because he is just interested in his money not his customers satisfaction.

Overall I had the best experience of buying a car in the past 30 (yes 30) years of my life. ALL members of this dealership were as courteous and friendly as could be. From the moment I and my husband (primary borrower) arrived on the lot we felt absolutely no pressure whatsoever. We chose a young man by the name of Joey. Courteous and very helpful, he actually made us feel at home. I must also commend him on teh help he gave in helping me with the assistance with the SYNC (which I love). So yes, OVERALL this was the best buyin experience, not only this time but ever. And know this, I have owned 1) Chrysler, 1) Pontiac 3) Chevs, 15) Nissans, and 2) Fords 1) Toyota, and in all this mix I cannot rule out my first love VW bug, of which I will always love (first car at 16). I bought a 2008 F450 from Blue Springs Ford new. Immediately the truck began having problems. Almost everytime I took it on the highway it broke down. The first year I had the truck, it spent 51 days in the shop. I have horses so usually the truck was pulling a horse trailer when it broke down. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars paying shippers to do what my truck should be doing.\r\nI contacted Blue Springs Ford and they basically told me it was not their problem. I then contacted the BBB who, did not deal with trucks that size but did contact Ford and I was able to get three months free truck payment and gave an extended warranty to 200,000 miles. This obviously did not come close to paying for all the break downs and shipping I had to pay for.\r\nMost recently the truck broke down in August. It cost me $4500.00. I was in Colorado at the time. I took the truck to the Ford dealership in Colorado where they worked on it for ten days. Once it was ready, I picked it up and attempted to drive my horses back to Kansas.It broke down within 50 miles of the dealer so it was taken back to the Ford dealership to be worked on yet again. Again, I had to pay a shipper to come pick up my horses while they sat in 95 degree heat on the side of the highway. Then I had to lay them over 2 more days while they worked on this 60k truck that was bought from Blue Springs Ford.\r\nFinally I got home to Kansas with my truck and horses. A week later (now September) I had to go to a horse show in St. Louis, Mo so I hooked up the truck and trailer, loaded the horse and was off. Within 50 miles the truck broke yet again.\r\nI took it to Blue Springs Ford. The service manager at Blue Springs Ford was rude. I asked him to please pull up the trucks file to see the problems it had and to check the trucks extended warranty. He did neither. He tried to give me a $1200.00 bill and I had to do the leg work to prove the extended warranty and show that much of this work was covered by it.\r\nI then spoke to the manager, Eric, and made it very clear that I did not want to drive this truck anymore. I didn't feel comfortable or safe driving it. I could no longer risk the safety of my horses or afford the costs of hiring professional shippers to come pick up my horses everytime the truck broke down. He said he understood and would come up with a trade in value on my truck while it was there in the shop. The truck needed to be in the shop for a number of days so I left with a shipper and my horse to the show in St. Louis.\r\nThe next week I called Eric to get a trade in value on the truck. I got his voicemail and asked him to call me back. He never did. I continued calling and everytime the sales people said I needed to talk to Eric, that he was the only one who could help me, and they would put me to his voicemail. This has gone on over a month now. I have called repeatedly and he won't talk to me. No one at Blue Springs Ford will speak to me. I even have emailed them twice. The first time I did receive a call back from their internet manager, Jason. I explained the situation and he assured me he would have Eric call me back. Of course Eric never did. I then sent another email that they will not reply to.\r\nI am amazed that this company will sell a 60k truck new. Say they stand behind it 100 percent and then when things go wrong, will not take any accountability whatsoever. If I dealt with my customers this way when they buy horses, I would not have a business.\r\nMy family has bought 6 vehicles from them over the past few years and they will not even return a call. I simply have asked them to trade this lemon truck in on a new one so I can buy a reliable truck. I do not think this is too much to ask. They sold this truck so they should be the ones stuck selling it, as I would not wish this truck on my worst enemy and do not feel comfortable representing it myself.\r\nTheir customer service is worse than poor and they do not stand behind their vehicles.
