If you actually need help with something, DON'T call this company! I heard some kind of small animal fall down into my fireplace two nights ago, so I called A-Bee's that morning. About 5 hours later, I got a return call and they said they MIGHT be able to come out that night, but if not, they'd call the next morning. Of course, they didn't come that night. So the next morning around 11:00, I still hadn't heard from them, so I called. They "didn't have their schedule in front of them, but I was definitely on the schedule for that day". 6:30 pm that night, I called again & left a message. It is now nearly 48 hours after I heard the animal fall, and no one has called or come over. Luckily, it looks as though the animal has managed to crawl back out. I will tell everyone I know NOT to bother calling A-Bee's.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!! They told me it would cost $400.00 and once they started it, the amount changed. They also told me they would caulk where the honey bees where getting in, and they DID NOT. They said it would have to be another trip which they want to charge me over $175.00 for the follow up. F rating with Business Bureau and it took them 5 days to come out once I made the initial call. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY nor would I GO BACK! Fighting with the owners now for some type of refund or something to make situation right, but they won't call back.....BEWARE!!

After discovering a 3 ft snake on our porch one night, and that animal control wasn't available after 5 p.m., we called this company. It was the WORST mistake I've ever made. I paid $300 to have 3 large glue traps (similar to the mouse traps you buy at the local hardware store) placed around my house. Since the traps were exposed, they were almost instantly ruined when a few birds made the unfortunate mistake of landing on them.
When we called the company regarding the fact we had not caught the snake due to the inefficient traps we were given, the rep was rude and threatened to charge us more. I have never had such an awful experience with a company. I can only hope I can prevent someone else from making this same mistake. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

Unfortunately,we didn't do our research and got burned by this company.They have an F rating with the BBB.They totally overcharged for a job that wasn't even done right.We had to call several other beekeepers and they all said a-bee's is a fraudulent company.After complaining to them about their service,they just stopped answering my calls.I finally fixed the problem myself for around $20,they wanted over $800
