Live here and love it! Staff is great, beautiful view from my apartment. Free expanded cable and internet. I will be renewing this October!! I have met many of my neighbors whom are very nice. Love the pool. Maintenance is so friendly and Courtney and Jen in the office are very friendly and helpful. Not to mention they took my 75 lb dog. Really happy so far!

This is not a good loft rental. Rents rise as conditions worsen. It's cheap as far as apartments in the city go, so there are lots of young 20 somethings here, but it's low price is about the only really great thing about it.

Apartment units were nice when they were new, but after a few years of wear & tear it's obvious things were done cheaply in many ways, but maybe that's to be expected in most rentals? The walls & carpets are stained... trash and dog waste outside on the common areas. For a year or 2 there were issues with the roof leaking & buckets were everywhere, but I think they've finally starting to resolve that. Choose floors 1-4, though, just to be on the safe side. More than one person I know has had damage to things. Views are great due to large windows, but filthy windows have never been cleaned outside. Internet & cable are free but internet can be slow & only maybe 30 channels for the cable. Minimal sound barriers between apartments, so find a quiet neighbor! Maintenance staff is good... the cleaning lady is fabulous & deserves a raise, but management is one of the worst. They have a lack of concern for tenant issues, are sometimes hard to find even though they are on site during business hours, & seem either indifferent or defensive. Rents have increased steadily since opening... a 1 bedroom has gone from $815 in 2006 to $895 in early 2008. Electric bills can be bad depending on the unit you get... well over $150 during winter for a 1 bedroom. The fitness room & pool are nice. Great location right by the market, & good restaurant in the building. I've decided to search for another place to rent... that new place feeling is definitely gone!
