The Plaintiff asserts that the defendant breached the general Principals of Contract law as follows.
1. That the Defendant??s offered to repair the Plaintiff??s automobile and the Plaintiff accepted said offer on January 17th at 4:42 pm 2012 as evidenced in the Plaintiffs?? call log.
2. That the Defendant is the Offeror and promised to repair the automobile for the sum of $135.00 all charges included and that the Plaintiff is the Offeree and accepted the offer.
3. That the Offeror promised to deliver the automobile to the Offeree in exchange for the payment of $135.00 on Saturday January 21st 2012.
5. That there was no contact of any kind between the Offeror and the Offeree until January 19th 2012.

6. That on January 19th 2012 the Offeror delivered the following message at 2:43 pm as evidenced by the Offeree??s call log : Hello, this is quinn calling from 4 source Napa down here with to Cadillac we've got the brakes done and it's it's breaking. Gooden no leaks no problems there, and it's ready to go for you in time you wanna come on down with good ready. Thank you much. Bye.
7. That on January 20th at 2:46 pm as evidenced by the Offeree??s call log the Offeror put the Offeree on notice that they had arbitrarily changed the promise to perform the repairs for the agreed upon price of $135.00 to $215.00 only after the repairs had been completed claiming that the Offeror was under no obligation to notify the Offeree in advance of such changes.
8. That the Offeror willfully and punitively changed his promise thus breaking the binding contract that existed between the parties by arbitrarily altering the value of contract to $215.00.
7. That the Offeror failed to put the Offeree on notice of any revocation of said agreement, Express Rejection, Counter Offer and therefore the Original Contract remains in force.
8. That the Offeree never had a chance to reject the changes that Offeror made to the contract.
9. That a records search revealed that FORSCHLER CAR CARE HAS A HISTORY OF BREAKING PROMISES AND REPAIR CONTRACTS.

The Plaintiff therefore prays that the Court find that there was an offer, acceptance and consideration intact creating a binding contract.
That the Defendant be held accountable to the Plaintiff for damages, Court Costs, Attorney Fees and all other costs that the Court deems appropriate.
Respectfully Submitted,

I went into this store to buy something and it was marked 5.19. But when i got to register and they told me that it would be 24.00. When i told here that that is what it was marked she told me that they had had some trouble with one of there employs and that they had done that alot. So she would ask the manager what todo. She told me they would sell it to me for 17 dollars. I told her no cause it was marked 5.19. So where all the other books. She said there was nothing she could do. So i left with out buying anything and Called up the owner to tell him the problem that he was having. He told me that he was not responsible for his employs or his stores and what they do in them. And THAT HE DID NOT CARE ABOUT THE MILITARY. Oh and also when i was in there they had this dog in there and it peed on my sons stroller while he was in it and the lady tried to ignore it even though she was watching the dog. When i brought it to her attention she said oh sorry. Then i had to ask for something to clean it up then while she was standing right there i had to wipe it up.SO I WOULD TELL PEOPLE TO NEVER SHOP THERE AND IF YOU HAVE TO WATCH THE PRICES AND DOUBLE CHECK IT.
