Consider this a warning. Save your money, save your time, keep yourself from getting nightmares. The dentist is already a scary place to go in the first place, why go to a stinky, smokey, gross "doctor" who doesn't wash his hands and is

While I havent been to Triad Dental in a dental in a few years, my experience was awful. First of all, I did not like the bedside manner of the dentist, I dealt with, his name escapes me, but he made me feel as if he really didnt want to

I have not been there in 5 years because the dentist is horrible! His breath and hands always stink of smoke.

The worst is when I had a crown done in summer of '06 he left a space between my molar and the crown. Food constantly got stuck

I would NOt reccommend this dental office. I had quite a lot of dental work done, and was told I had a crack in one of my teeth & needed a crown. I knew I was getting close to using up all of my dental coverage, so asked the receptionist

I have had positive experiences at this office, especially with the receptionists. I wish, however, that Dr. Evans wore a mask, and I wish he would quit smoking. His breath and hands reek from cigarettes!

Triad Dental is a clean, modern, and brightly lit dental office. There is a beautiful waiting area, decorated with soft, relaxing colors and over stuffed chairs. However, you will not have a chance to enjoy those comfy chairs and sofas because regardless of the day or time of an appointment the wait time has never been more than ten minutes.

The staff is very good with smaller children my son started going there when he was around six years old. He is now nine. The dentist is usually in to see each patient after the dental hygienist with in 10 minutes or less. Although, not a conversationalist by personality, he is thorough and polite. The staff is always efficient and professional, willing to help or answer any questions about procedures or orthodontics. Even after my daughter's umpteenth broken bracket, they were kind in their choice of words in their effort to educate her on being careful.

My daughter has had her braces on for almost a year and had no problems. The only ?complaint? I have is the orthodontic appointments are scheduled on Wednesdays during the day and this means pulling children out of school for an hour or two every month or so. Although, I imagine this is a common practice.

The last dental office we went to took an average of six months to schedule a cleaning or check-up appointment, and if that appointment was rescheduled it would take another six months to re-schedule the next appointment. This was true even when the dental office cancelled an appointment. Even an emergency took almost a week to two weeks to get an appointment. The staff was often impatient and abrupt.

At Triad Dental you will get an appointment the same day or the next day if an emergency. There has never been a wait to schedule a cleaning or check-up. Oh and the best part, the staff treats you respectfully and professionally at all times. Customer service with a beautiful white smile!
