plumber worked 1.5 hours and charged by 91 year old father $850 + 65 for a estimate. highest estimate from other plumbers was $300 dollars. in yellow pages they claim to be BBB accredited. that claim is false and \nst louis bbb is bringing copyright charges against them as well as yellow pages. also told my father repair was permanent but refused to warranty work beyond 30 days.\nwe are currently contesting the 850 dollar charge because of false and deceptive advertising.\ndo yourself a favor and call some one else before you hire these guys. owner jeff called me f@@ker and was did nothing but lie to me at every turn of the conversation. city now wants to dig up work and inspect themselves. apparently the work is non-approved. run, don't walk away from this company.

I would have to strongly disagree with the other reviews. I go to them for everthing and have never had a problem. The staff is very helpful, expecially the parts manager. Just recently I had some out to my home to service my washer, they were able to fix it the same day! I don't feel I was overcharged for the work they did. I think maybe the other people who wrote these negative reviews have the wrong company. There are a lot of companies that start out with the name AAA. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and family!!! They are fantastic!!!!!!!

I would have to strongly disagree with the other reviews. I go to them for everthing and have never had a problem. The staff is very helpful, expecially the parts manager. Just recently I had some out to my home to service my washer, they were able to fix it the same day! I don't feel I was overcharged for the work they did. I think maybe the other people who wrote these negative reviews have the wrong company. There are a lot of companies that start out with the name AAA. I would highly recommend this company to all of my friends and family!!! They are fantastic!!!!!!!

I wish I would have done some research before I called them. I'm amazed they are still in business. I called them to perform warranty work on our refrigerator. Never in my life have I dealt with such a poor service organization. They were nice people until I paid the $20 deductible. They told me they would have it fixed in 3 days, 12 days later they still haven't returned to finish the repair.

AAA appliance is well stocked with dryer parts for the DIYer. That is ALL they are good for. I returned one part that was damaged when I returned home with it and was very disappointed with the reaction of the employees. I was first drilled by two people who asked who broke the part. Then, the ""parts manager"" came out to put his two cents in. Finally, after a few choice words and sighs, he walked to to the back to get another part to exchange. I could hear him cussing me in the back as he threw the old part against a wall. After receiving a new part and another scolding from the ""parts manager"", he returned to the back. The front desk moron then told me that his sevice manager was in a good mood and I was lucky for that, because he usually wouldn't have returned such a part. \r\nI will now order my parts online and wait weeks before receiving them to avoid business with AAA Appliance again. If this is how their customer service is picking up parts, I feel sorry for any one having service performed by them. \r\nI am a small business owner myself, and would never treat customers this way. Good luck in the future AAA Appliance. The first time leads will run out over time and your reputation will eventually catch up to you.

My home warranty company referred me to AAA for a broken air conditioner. Every time I called I got rude person after rude person. First, I told the technician the control board was out, gave him the part number, and told him to come out when he gets the part in. He told me HE'LL look at it and let ME know what's wrong with it. So after his two hours of ""looking at it,"" he said the control board was out and he'll have to order it. Call me crazy but I'm pretty sure I told him that three days before. I also told him the board burned out because the coil froze up, so it probably needed more coolant. I was told they can't check it unless the temperature is between 85-90 degress (it was 87 degrees out!). So SEVEN DAYS LATER, the guy comes back and puts the control board in and leaves without saying more than one word to the person I had watching the house. So, of course, he slid out without fixing the initial problem with the coil freezing. Well guess what happened. A week later the coil froze, then three weeks later the control board burned out again. During this time no one at AAA would return phone calls from me or my home warranty company. After a month I finally talked to the parts manager who wouldn't even let me finish a sentence without interrupting me. He kept saying ""What's your work order number?"" He wouldn't even let me tell him that his tech screwed me over and they needed to fix it. Then he hung up on me! The home warranty company called him, and he told the warranty company that they wouldn't fix it even if they got paid again!! Thankfully my home warranty company knows something about customer service. They sent out another company who fixed the problem in THREE DAYS.\r\n\r\nAbsolutely shady, rude business!

There customer servis and sales department would have to be the best because they always beat the price for me. I belive the bussiness is family owned which is cool bc ther ant to many out there anymore. If i were you i would deff. call them because they work hard to get the joob done and give you the best price. Whats really cool is that they only charge by the job not hourly. CALL AAA Appliance

Their ad in the Yellow Pages say that you can call them anytime. I called in the evening and left a message on an answering machine. The next morning, nobody called me back so I called them and told them I urgently needed someone this morning. They took my information and said someone would be there. I asked if it would be early or late and they said early. We got a price qoute over the phone for an item, we then went in and recieved the same price qoute, we said we would be back later they wrote the prices down on a sheet of paper and we left. We went up to purchase later and they said that they would not sell for that price that they quoted. They said they wrote the wrong price down both times (it was a $300 difference). So do not trust their word-get it signed!!
