My husband and I were pleased enough working with Courtney, but when we finally made an offer on a car, the sales manager came to ""talk"" with us and basically just told us we didn't know what we were doing, and all we cared about was money. I can't believe he thought it was appropriate to yell at potential customers. We bought an Outback from another dealer later the same day. I have never been treated so appallingly in my life.

Every single time I have dealt with Service Dept I have had great experience. Terry is great guy, Chris is just a badass tech. Prices are always fair and work is top notch. I am glad there is a dealership that is honest and does excellent work in a fast manner.

Hey Everybody,\nJust ordered my second WRX from LSS and was told of this site. My wife and I have been working with Courtney and it's been a real nice experience thus far. Lost my first WRX in an accident last summer; got t-boned a week after I put about 1,500 dollars of maintenance into it for the 60K mileage stuff. Yes, that's right, it was a 2003 silver sedan bugeye with just over 60k miles that I got when it was pretty much new. I just wish I had done this sooner! This weekend was the first time I ever drove an AWD with anti lock brakes in snow. I admit that I am a sissy in winter weather. This car impressed me so much. I felt like I was driving on dry pavement instead of inches of snow. Thank you Team Lee's Sumit Subaru!
