My mom and I stopped by the St. Louis Closet Company and were pleasantly surprised that there was a wine and food store attached. The space was amazing! We each ordered the turkey sandwich which was delicious! I never thought about creating a light cranberry/mayo sauce for a turkey sandwich, but I will remember that come Thanksgiving! We each picked up a bottle of wine also, which was a nice treat after a long day carting my mom around shopping!

Pros: great food, great wine, great place!

Cons: can't think of any

I love this place! I never knew that the wine store had even expanded until someone came into our business in Brentwood and dropped off a menu. That weekend, I headed over to Food & Wine and I was so impressed by the layout of the store...and the food was AMAZING!!! I got the Cubano, which is a cuban-style panini that comes with mustard, pickles, ham, pork tenderloin, etc. YUM!! I have a new favorite sandwich and I've told EVERYONE I know about this place. Keep up the good work!!

We have been to a lot of wine stores in our times and this one is the best. Unbelievable selection from all over the world, all under $20--they just recently added a few wines over $20 too. Super knowledgeable staff who really knows wine. Wine LOVER loves this store.

Fantastic wines for an incredible value, the tastiest and freshest food i've ever had, the perfect personalized gifts for that someone special, a super friendly and helpful staff, and an incredible atmosphere. All this plus its in my favorite city...Maplewood!

Saint Louis Cellars Food & Wine is an amazing and fun neighborhood wine shop. They have wines from all over the world that sell for under $20 a bottle, they have a great selection of wine gifts, and they wrap everything for free. Located next to the wine shop is a new addition called "Splurge" wines over $20, still focused on the under $20 wines, but this is a nice addition. Stop in on Saturdays, they have free wine tastings all day.

My partner and I went to this place last week on the recommendation of a friend. 2640 S. Big Bend , we were there for less than 10 minutes before we walked out. We overheard "Diane", at least that is what her name tag said, telling another employee that she was "so fed up with all the fuc*ing faggots". To the other employees credit , her only response was a dire look of disapproval. We will never go back!
