The location is great. The apartment is OK, thats about it. This place is overpriced. The "dog park" is full of fleas and ticks, as are the grassy areas. The dog has protection to against that stuff, but i'm the one getting bit! There is not enough grass for all the dogs there and most of the grass is dead because of this. I also see an insect this review wont let me name all the time. I had a 2 inch long r*ach in my pantry this week. They are getting into my pantry from a hole in there. And for some reason, fruit flies come out of the drains in the bathroom. Lucky me!

Other Complaints:

*If you want cable, you are forced to buy Direct TV from a company other than ATT, so you pay A LOT more for your television. You get less channels than Charter Basic cable for about $50 a month. No Bravo, FX, CMT, BEt, just to name a few. That package is 60+. Oh, and you also have to pay extra for FSN, so if you want to watch any local games you need to spend more. You also MUST use ATT for phone and internet, and must have a landline in order to receive internet. Its a total ripoff and is just padding the pockets of Wirkmeister Realty.

*The manager is a total you know what. I missed the "grace" period on rent by about 2 hours ONCE in 2 years of living here and she refused to knock of the ten dollar fee, despite my perfect record and despite the fact that I have referred other tenants. You get my ten dollars, and my bad review, lady.

*There is not enough parking. If you come home any night after 7 pm, good luck on parking. I live by the pool and sometimes have to park at quick trip b/c there are literally no spaces in the whole lot. Its particularly bad when its late at night and you are a single female who has to walk a quarter mile to your apartment.

If it wasn't so close to work, and i felt like actually moving all my belongings, i'd be outta here. i feel really stuck. Oh well.
