My husband is a regular customer at Magic Toyota. He suggested I use them when my 2006 Lexus needed its next scheduled service. I was able to get my car in the following morning. The service manager was very accommodating and arranged to have a guy take me to Starbucks for my morning coffee while I waited. The car was finished within an hour an a half - at half the cost! I can't believe I didn't find out about them sooner!

After buying a Lexus back in 2005, I was shocked to hear that an oil change service will cost me over $150. Since Lexus is the luxury brand of Toyota, I decided to checkout the nearest Toyota dealership, Magic Toyota. I got the same service for $40. Since then, the oil change service has changed to a standard synthetic version and it only costs $10 more and the frequency was extended to every 5-6 months. If that doesn't make you want to go there, then you should know that you also get a Free Car wash voucher at the ""touch free"" car wash station across the street whenever you want to use it. Of course, the deal is great, but the people there has always been professional. Each time I call or go there, they know who I am and will give me a loaner car even if I'm getting an oil change! I'm not sure where else I would go if this place doesn't exist!

I went in for an oil and filter 60, 000 mile check up and they found a water leak on my water pump. They fixed it, and let me use a rental car because I had places to go! They gave me a nice car. Khing Ly was especially helpful.\r\nI had an extended warranty so it didn't cost anything, but the care, attention, and service was great.

Love these guys. And over the last 17+ years have established a working friendship with this company. They are the gold standard in customer service and quality service. I have a 1994 Camay, which I bought from my brother and sister-in-law several years ago (he bought it new). \n\nWe both have always taken this car (and past Toyota's) to Magic Toyota for regular maintenance as well as occasional problems. They take excellent care of my vehicle. They listen to what I am saying. I do not feel like I'm rushed through at any point. Every one, is always great from check in to check out. I always get a call prior to work being done with a price. The work is excellent, and if there is a problem with the job, which has only happened once, it's taken care of at no charge, immediately. If I need a loaner, it's available, and it's clean, or I need a ride home or to work, that's provided. I have never felt I was over charged or under served. I've never left feeling I was not taken care. All my questions are always answered. I am not just a customer who has come in to get her car serviced or a problem fix, I feel like everyone in the service / maintenance department are caring people (friends) who want to help me keep my car running and safe. \n\nSeveral years ago my daughter bought a used Toyota from this dealership. We took our 1989 Toyota Landcruiser in on Dec. 10 for a service of oil/filter, AC, coolant and lube. For some reason, the technician was not able to 'find' all the zerk fittings for lubing. \nWe returned the vehicle on Tuesday, Dec. 13 for a completion of R&R an air filter and an automatic trans. gasket that both had to be ordered. We were going to have them go back over the zerk fittings and lube them ALL this time. \nIt is now 11:50PM on Tuesday, Dec. 13 and the front two (2) tie rod/steering arm zerk fittings have STILL not seen a lube gun. There is still road dirt from so many thousands of miles. These fittings are in plain sight right below the front bumper. It is not as though someone had to go 'find' them.\nI have had issues with Magic in the past, and basically every other Toyota dealer in the western WA area in working on a 1989 Landcruiser. I realize that this is not a 'newer' vehicle with all the sealed bearings, etc. but an experienced and knowledgeable mechanic should be able to find and do this job in totality without our having to return what will now be three (3) times for the same job.

My granddaughter fell in love with it, so I gave it to her for graduation from high school, and bought a 2010 ScionxB. I liked the ""Toaster's"" gas mileage better, but the new one is roomier. Once, I hadn't realized that a $50 dollar bill had fallen out of my wallet. When I picked up the car, the bill had been placed on the driver's seat. The waiting room is comfortable and the wait is reasonable. I won't take the cars anywhere else for service.

I had a strong scent of burnt oil coming from my vents as started my car and was driving away from the parking garage. I stop the car and get out to my surprise and shock, a drip trail leading back to the swimming pool that was once my motor oil.\n\nSo, I go through hell to get oil and try to make it back home with some divine intervention, and without locking up my engine thereby killing it. My Camry is my only mode of transport, without it and life would be... difficult; and to say the least money is already tight. The very next day, I called around to local Toyota service depts. explaining my misfortune, and they don't want to even see less touch my Camry on their dime, passed warranty S.O.L. they say, TSB and recall work already done during prior oil services and not Toyota's or their problem.\n\nI was advised to call Magic Toyota because they were the service department who replaced and repaired all of my warranty work, that maybe they would do something for me. My day was going bad by this point. But Magic Toyota Service took care of me. I must say to everyone that as soon as I met my Service Manager, Christine Larson of Orange Team, she was understanding of my situation, listened to all of my concerns and took it upon her warm generosity to take care of me and repair my car at no cost on her account. She went back and forth, investigating the details on my car, talking to the techs, researching the parts involved, and in the end took it upon herself to take care of the customer and cover everything. Most of us already know that this level of character is urban legend. But if you have met Ms. Christine Larson and are under her professional Service Team, you already know this as fact.\n\nI was in and out with two signatures, a smile and that my car was already started and ready for me to go, and all of this with no appointment on a Friday in under two hours, and no money out of pocket. Easy and painless setup for appointment time, very friendly staff. I feel better knowing a Certified Toyota Dealership is looking at my car. I found a mini van through auto trader for this dealership. We went there and the salesman told us the price was $6000. I told him I saw it on the Internet to $2990 and he said he would check it out. He came back and said that iot was $3990, I told him again what the internet said and that I got the price from auto traders. I followed him back inside and the his boss agreed with my price. \nWhen we started making the final arrangements my wife wanted to do the sale pending getting it inspected by a mechanic, he started to waffle about this and this should have been my first red flag. He said that that was fine, but we has to do it by Monday evening (this was Saturday evening). My wife asked if we could have until Tuesday or Wednsday and where told no.\nOn monday we took the vehicle to our mechanic and found out that a couple seals in the engine needed to be replaced, all the fluids needed to be replaced, and one of the back breaks was broken, all totaling $1450.\nMy wife called the dealership and they said to come back in and they would work someting out, when she came back in they didn't want to do anything for her. After talking to the person that told her they would work something out, they said they would pay $300 of the repair costs.\nSo basically after having the vehicle for 2 days we are going to have to fork out an extra $1150. Just say no to crooks like this dealership.
