Although I already knew what I wanted to purchase and they were a store of convenient location for me, I was not at all satisfied with their sales staff. Just hand me the papers and I'll fill in the blanks. After buying my first morotcycle at Motoplex, I tried giving them some customer loyalty. I have never been approached by a salesperson and asked if I needed assistance (2 years) when I walk in to look at new bikes.\n\nThe service plan purchased with the bike is a joke. That is, if they can fit you into their schedule. "" Leave it with them for a week and they might get to it"". You'ld be lucky if they acknowledge you at the service counter. I never had service completed when they said it would be.\n\nI'm stuck with a service contract. In two years of looking at different bikes in many different shops, I find Lynnwood Motoplex ranks about the poorest. There will be no loyalty shown with my next bike purchase this year. My advise to those who are considering this shop...there are far better in the neighborhood and even a couple miles away.

Sparky went far beyond the call of duty to help me find parts for my 1989 Yamaha YZ250. It wasn't easy, and he was willing to spend enough time to get me right items. I will definitely be back to spend more money here!

Since I got involved in the NMA off road world, Motoplex has helped me more than any other!! We have transformed from customer to part of the Motoplex family. Bob and David have been outstanding, as well as the whole team.

My wife and I bought two awesome new snow machines and a trailer. We were impressed with the efficiency of the entire process and the level of exemplary service ewe received from everyone there. However, the true measure of their customer service was certainly tested at the first mile when my machine's computer mechanism shut down on Lake CleElum. After almost two hours of intense diagnostics and probing by myself and 2 experienced riders, we made the ""MayDay"" call to MOTOPLEX. Thank goodness for the complementary keychain!! Garrett Powers answered the phone and never hesitated in problem solving with me, and truly saved a memorable New Year's sledding weekend. His communication, commitment to meet every deadline, resolve, and amazing customer service is to be commended. Realizing that our first day of sledding was lost, he paid for our hotel accomodations for the two days His promise that my new sled would be delivered at 7:30 p.m. at the hotel was absolutely right on! This was truly incredible as it was my understanding that two MOTOPLEX employees drove from Lynnwood to Wenachee to pick it up, and then on to CleElum for the delivery/exchange. That's networking and teamwork at it's best! As stressful and disappointing as the experience was, Garrett turned it quickly around and totally took care of us! His ownership and successful resolution of a very challenging situation is a tale we will proudly talk about. Thank you!!!! We will absolutely refer everyone to but at MOTOPLEX! Great job!

I received FANTASTIC service from Cory yesterday. My Spyder was on the shop for the last recall and due to my schedule I wasn't able to pick up my bike during the regular hours but Cory waited for me for about 20 minutes after the store was closed, and had my bike ready to go and warmed up, and he even set the heated grips! He really knows what quality service mean. Congratulations, for such a great team.

This is THE place to buy your toys!!! My experience was exceptional!!! These people know their stuff & love riding/boating as much as the rest of us! I'm tired of pathetic whiners who think businesses can stay in business by giving the store away!!! Get over yourselves! All businesses have overhead & have to turn a profit to meet them! I for one want my local Dealer to stay in business. Lynnwood Motoplex is awesome!!!

My experience has shown nothing but Lynnwood Motoplex being a FUN, HELPFUL dealership to buy my toys. I always experience after the sale followup & help with any warranty issues I may be experiencing. Ufortunately, consumer patience is sometimes needed as I know that any warranty issue can't be solved with the snap of a finger. Common sense!!! It has been my experience that All Dealerships, whether car or recreational, have to jump thru the FACTORY hoops. Lynnwood Motoplex does all they can to work with the factory to get whatever problem I may have expereiencing fixed. I have found that if I call my factory's customer service department this can help my dealership help me. Factory's need to hear from the consumer & this in turn I have found can often push my claim thru. I am a repeat upon repeat customer & enjoy my before/after experiences with Lynnwood Motoplex!!!!!!!!!!

Originally called ""D"" about an item - asked for total OTD price including taxes etc. was quoted price X\nWhen it came time to sign got price Y which was price x plus tax & license Was told that I'd never asked about T & L (Gee so ""out the door is without that?""). Wife said buy it (was for her) so we did, price wasn't awful but was a lot worse than he'd said. He'd had the price written on a piece of paper which had mysteriously gained more verbiage from the time we said let's do it to the time we went to pay. so\nBad stuff\n- Don't let paperwork out of your sight.\n- D had no clue about the model we bought but pretended to. he fielded a couple tech questions we later found he was either wrong.\n- As a result of Item 2 we wanted to swap for later model. At first it was ""Sure"" but then turned into no. (my wife gave up on them at this point.)\n- Talk to some other sales person than D.\n\nGood stuff\n- The price was not out of line even with the extra, just not the ""wow"" that got us in the door\n- D did swap the kickstand on the unit to make the sale.\n- The aren't the only dealer in town for their items (I'm looking for something for myself now.)\n

I went back, talked with the manager, who rudely told me to get lost, I stood in front of the stoe on the sidewalk with a sign that said, MOTOPLEX IS A RIPOFF. Ther was still no reaction.\r\nDo Not buy anything from Motoplex.

I bought my 2001 yzf from here and had great experience . I went back for all my services and never had a problem . Had one issue with a small oil leak and they replaced the valve gasket free of charge to me . When i brought it in for oil changes they go over the whole bike and alert me to any issues or things that will need to be replaced in the future . They have a killer deal on dunlop tires and still have it to this day years later . Motorcycle dealerships are not like car lots where they jack up the price and then cut thousands off the listed price to make you think you're getting a deal when you aren't ! Motorcycle dealerships don't really make alot off of sales so you get anything off the listed it is a good deal. The others that gave reviews on here most likely go in for the first time and think they're going to get a bike for next to nothing . This isn't ebay brother . I'll be buying my second bike here and wouldn't think twice about going anywhere else for a yahama . You want to compare prices go down the street to cycle barn sorry i mean cycle ripoff and see the rude sales people there who don't even look at you twice when looking at bikes . You have to go up to them and ask questions then they act like they are doing you a favor because they took time from talking to other salesmen to give you the time of day. Motoplex rules !!

I spent over $12,000.00 on three motorcycles. First, they misled me during the purchase process. Secondly, I received NO help on the small problems I had within the first year. ANd when I tried to discuss their responsibilty to help me out, they were rude and hung up. A few of the problems I ran into with my Yamahas. The decals came off within the first three months. They would not even give me replacement decals. The Blaster 50 had bolts falling off and the fuel throttle stuck shut. No help on either of those problems. Brake levers broke off on both motorcycles within first three months, no help with parts on that either. There were other problems related to shoddy assembly. Lynnwood Motoplex is a rip-off....DO NOT LET YOURSELF BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM!!!!

I went there to either replace my motorcycle or buy a 2nd motorcycle. They are the only local dealer for my first choice. I was told succintly to bring my bike in, title etc. I said, yeah, but I just want to test ride a bike before I decide. Nevertheless, I brought it all in, test rode a bike, was told my bike would be inspected as I tested, it wasn't. I was given an ultimatum, ""Are you going to buy it or not?!"" I said I wanted to think about it. I asked if I was wasting his time? He said ""I just wanna know because I have another appointment!"" He left me there. I had my bike, title, extra keys and $$$ cash for up to a $15,000 bike, ready to buy and ride off on the spot. I was so disappointed, I started to consider 2nd and 3rd choices for bike models and eventually buy something outside the state. Truly the worse dealer experience of my life....

Pros: OK showroom

Cons: Rude, aggressive, condescending

Horrible service! The only thing this guy was interested in was the sale. He nearly tricked me into signing a form by double talking the price. I asked for an out the door price, the quote he gave me was pre-tax/lic & setup. I had to keep reminding him to tell me the OTD price. He magically kept forgetting. He then got his sales manager to ""seal the deal"". The manager told me he didn't like giving me a deal but would do it to make the sale. Nice, eh? He was not coming down on his price at all. He too just neglected to give me an OTD price and kept trying to fool me into signing. I gave them a specific amount I was willing to pay. My offer was based their quote from 2 weeks before. They called me a liar. :(
