wow, it is finger licking good old souther bbq with the right amount of sauce, and the ribs are cooked to perfection. I want to go again and again..love the collards too

The most authentic Southern style bar-b-que I've found in Seattle. Willie's offers up delicious Louisiana style ribs and rib tips, hot links, beef brisket, chicken, and pulled pork--I just made my own mouth water. His greens and macaroni are amazing, and his red velvet cake is off the charts delicious.
Willie's new location is very nice with a good number of tables available and a large screen tv to watch while you wait. The prices are a few dollars more than you might normally pay for lunch or dinner, but the food is worth every penny. And seriously, try the red velvet cake--you don't even know me and you'll thank me for it.
