He was very up front about pricing and answered all of our questions on the spot
After contacting five other heating installation companies (of which only 2 managed to come out and take a look at our original boiler), we decided on Boilers Northwest because of their experience and speciality in this field of work
the installation went as planned and we are now getting much lower utility bills

the new boiler is very reliable and very quiet, our fuel bills have dropped by approx $100 per month.
i had a problem programming the new thermostat and the owner of Boilers Northwest called me back and walked me through the programming over the phone.
