I had both inside&outside braces, could switch to Invisalign in the last 3 months (didn't expect but was happy). Took 1yr&8months to complete that was shorter than I expected. Reasonable cost, very talented doctors. All staff is always cheerful, very nice office environment. Front desk also corresponds promptly all the time. It was amazing how Dr Leone and Vaughn proceeded my process, wearing braces at adult age shouldn't be fun but was fun to watch how my tooth moved fast and neat. I would highly recommend them to anyone no matter how old he/she is.

Adult orthodontics was not on my to do list. However, when I found myself in need of orthodontic work I was lucky to be referred to Leone and Vaughn!The reception and office staff are kind. Working with me to ensure my appointments fit into my schedule.The supporting staff, super friendly. I had quick, smooth, fast, and painless x-rays, impressions and wire removals. Every time.Both orthodontists are efficient and sincere. They are patient with questions and make sure everything is done correctly. Genuinely impressed, I will recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Dr Leone, Dr Vaughn, and all of their staff, including the receptionists, assistants, and patient care coordinator are absolutely wonderful. I have been going here for a little over a year for Invisalign braces and have had nothing but positive experiences with each appointment. Both Dr Leone and Dr Vaughn are very caring, friendly and above all great orthodontists! They have made my smile perfect and I could ask for nothing more! They have two office locations, one in Queen Anne and the other in Madison Park, both of which are very modern and comfortable. Scheduling or changing appointments was always easy with the friendly receptionists. If any problems came up during treatment, they always went out of their way to help you. The have very easy payment options for paying for Invisalign. Invisalign is not cheap, but compared to other orthodontists, Leone and Vaughn offered the best price and the best payment options. I would recommend Leone and Vaughn to anyone who has ever considered improving their teeth!

Another adult in braces.
Finished and happy! I had experienced braces twice before in my life. This time it was 21 months 2 weeks and 3 days .. but who is counting.
Dr. Leone & Dr. Vaughn could not have been more professional and I felt that they always had my best interest at heart. The situation was difficult at best. They had to co-ordinate with several other specialists and did so with ease and created a caring situation, they get top recommendations from me.

I met with Dr. Vaughn in May to go over my treatment plan. I went to the Madison Park location where they worked with my busy schedule and got me in on their lunch break. From the time I walked in, to the time I left, I was taken care of. Everything was explained in detail and with care. I was initially very nervous about having braces as an adult and was very excited by the time I left.
I have since had appointments at both locations with both Dr. Vaughn and Dr. Leone and feel that both are amazing, caring and knowledgeable orthodontists. The staff are friendly and genuinely look happy to be at work! I am looking forward to my new smile and know my time in braces will be well worth it! Thank you Dr.'s L and V!

Dr. Leone and Dr. Vaughn are definitely cutting edge in all respects. As an adult patient wearing braces, the feeling surrounds you as soon as you pick up the phone or enter one of their offices.I've been to both locations and both are like visiting a hotel lobby or a luxury spa. I personally love the Madison Park office because that is where most of my adjustment appointments have occurred but I did visit the Queen Anne office for a suresmile scan. (I don't quite get review #1 because I've not experienced a long wait in the waiting room and actually I would like to page through the magazines more.)
Overall superior service while my teeth are moving and my smile is being created.The Doctors are excellent and their staff is a refection.My friends, family are all recommended-New Smile

I could rant here about the 11 appointments that I have had that took twice the scheduled time. One may think this is because of some extensive treatment?! Nope, you can always, I mean always, expect to sit in the magazine filled waiting room for a minimum of 35-50 minutes. I know this because I have kept track, I use my lunch hours to go to my appointments have time sheets to prove it. I even called once because I had a really packed week, to ask if my appointment would really only be the hour they scheduled.If it wasn't, I would have to reschedule. I still sat in the waiting room and chair for 45 minutes. Overall: I have had one enjoyable experience, the front desk people are very nice. But basically after you pay, your time is worth NOTHING.

Great Choice!

I was referred to Leone & Vaughn (married couple) and feel very pleased with my decision. I initially scheduled a consultation to find out if I wanted to go through with braces or Invisalign. I decided to go with Invisalign and have been pretty happy with the process so far. The price is average in comparison to some of the other consultations I scheduled. The payment plan is very convenient as well. The office staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I have called or come in for an appt. The office space always appears to be clean and organized. The parking was a bit of a challenge in the Queen Anne location, however the Madison Park location is very convenient. It can be a pain to schedule appointments because they split their time between the two offices. If you prefer once location over the other you may have a harder time trying to get an appt scheduled at your preferred location. I would recommend Leone & Vaughn to anyone seeking braces or Invisalign.

Cons: Parking (Queen Anne location) & Two Office Locations

The example of well run ortho practice

This is simply the best example of excellent work, professionalism, and patient oriented practice. Both Drs Leone and Vaughn are exceptionally nice and they created an environment that reflects that. The staff are really gentle and knowledgable of what they're doing on top of being attentive and pleasant.
I'm done with treatment and if I had to do this again I would not go anywhere else.

Excellent Orthodontists

I highly recommend Leone and Vaughn Orthodontics if you need any orthodontic work done. I went to Leone and Vaughn based on the recommendations of one of my friends who took her daughter there and thought they were excellent. I have to agree with her! I had always needed to get my teeth straightened but put it off until my adult years. I've always been anxious about people working in my mouth but the doctors and their staff were kind, patient and understanding. I'm extremely happy with my results and so glad that I chose Leone and Vaughn. Go see them if you need orthodontic work--you won't be disappointed!

I finally found a place that would give me braqces on the back of my teeth. Other orthodontists did n ot even want to give me braces, they said I needed a night guard first. But it was not even a question at Leone and Vaughn's. They are so nice and listen to ALL of my questions/concerns. The entire staff was pleasant. I would recommend everyone to this business. I love my new smile!

I don?t normally make a review or give recommendations, but in this case I feel it is appropriate. Dr. Leone & Vaughn are absolutely fantastic and so is their staff. I can't say that getting braces was fun, but everyone worked to make it the best possible experience. Everyone is always courteous, friendly and helpful ? in a sincere way. Above all else they are professional and knowledgeable. They find solutions to help with your specific problems and I had a few so I know I would recommend them to people I know and trust that they would receive the same superior care.
Pros: Professional and knowledgeable.
Cons: Only one, tight parking areas.

Orthodontists That Put a Smile On Your Face

I am a proud patient of Dr. Leone & Vaughn Othrodontics and have been spoiled by their service. I recently got my braces off and couldn't be happier. My friends and family noticed an extreme and wonderful difference in my smile. The environment of the office was always positive and they were flexible with my conflicts of going to a school on the other side of the state. The team is willing to go above and beyond to accommodate their patients and make them feel comfortable. I cannot thank the team enough for all they have done. Professional and caring. A team that excels!

Leone & Vaughn Orthodontics have been one of the best experiences in my life. Apprehensive at first about getting braces at the age of 26, I was quickly put at ease with their professional and caring demeanor. The staff sympathized with me and reassured me at every opportunity. Their understanding and acceptance about my concerns made me feel much more at ease.
Throughout my procedure everything was explained to me and any questions I had were graciously answered. Halfway through my treatment I even moved out of state and the staff at Leone & Vaughn Orthodontics were very accommodating and able to squeeze me into their busy schedule on short notice whenever I found myself coming to the city earlier than I anticipated. This spared me much heartache and was very appreciated.
The staff was wonderful, greeting me by first name, the offices were clean and tidy, and the doctors always had the warmest smiles on their faces! I highly recommend the services of Leone & Vaughn Orthodontics. They do their job very well and it was always a pleasant experience whenever I came in for a visit. And to top it all off, everyone loves my new smile! I get complimented on it all the time! Thank you so much to everyone at Leone & Vaughn Orthodontics!

Dr's Leone and Vaughn are very skilled with teeth. I have been miserable with orthodonture before, but they really wanted their paitents to be confortable. I mostly was amazed on how they were on time, if I had an appointment at 4:30, they will not have me waiting in the lobby, their will be a staff member avaliable.
Overall I would highly reccomend Leone & Vaughn orthodontics. They are very experienced and really care about your needs.

A wonderful pair of orthodontists!

I would highly sugest to anyone looking for an orthodontist to go see Dr. Leone and Dr. Vaughn, they are a husband and wife team that are superb. They have two offices, one in Madison Park and another one at the base of Queeen Anne, this makes treatment very convenient.
I had braces as a child and now have them as an adult, due partially to a bicycle versus automobile accident. The process has changed dramatically over the years! Leone and Vaughn have, and use all the latest technology which helps me the patient understand the treatment and the time it will take. I would have to say that they are perfectionists!
Pros I would suggest that you check them out!

Truly the Best Orthos Out There

I was in braces for a full year and was miserable with my previous ortho. THEN, I decided to take up on several recommendations I received for Drs. Leone and Vaughn, and I seriously wished I had gone with these two to begin with!! Some of the reasons why I think they are the best is because, first and foremost their professionalism and skill for orthodontics. They are truly skilled at what they do. When they look at your teeth on appt day I swear they are analyzing every single tooth. I can practically hear them calculating what the next step should be! Secondly, they will take the time to listen to your concerns and answer your question. I also love how they educate you on the process. Thirdly, everyone in this practice is friendly and takes the time to listen to you. Even though I was a transfer patient I don't regret spending the extra money or taking the time to transfer to Drs. Leone and Vaughn. I don't know if a recomendation is worth anything on here, but I HIGHLY recommend this practice. At least check them out for a consultation. What could it hurt! :)

Dr Leone and Dr Vaughn and their entire staff are extremely caring, friendly and professional. Dr Leone and Dr Vaughn do an amazing job at straigtening your pearly whites and I could not be happier with my new smile. They have two office locations, in Queen Anne and Madison Park, both which are comfortable and modern. Both doctors truly care about your treatment and listen to all of your concerns. Their staff are very helpful and make your treatment go as smoothly as possible. I had Invisalign braces for a little over a year and could not be happier that I went to Dr Leone and Dr Vaughn for the process! Thank you so much!

Best Orthodontics Office

Dr. Leone & Vaughn's office is the best place to go with your and your family's orthodontics needs. The doctors, their assistants (I personally worked with Jessica, and can only say the best about her care), and the enire staff are not only highly experienced in their field, but also very friendly to every single one of their patient, and explain the treatment plan in great detail. Every time you have a question or concern, their office takes care of you in the speediest and most efficient manner. I highly recommend Leone & Vaughn Orthodontics, as you will, for sure, enjoy working with them in creating your beautiful new smile! :)

State of the art care with a personal touch

Dr's Leone and Vaughn and their staff always make me feel like I am their most important patient when ever I visit them or they call to confirm an appointment. The treatment I recieve is state of the art and I know that I can trust them with my smile. They spend the time to answer any questions I might have and have been very accommodating with my busy schedule. They understand the needs and concerns of their adult patients and are also great with children and young adults. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Everytime when sombody asked me to smile in front of the camera, i couldnt cause i was to embarssed.

Wonderful patient care

I'm an adult in braces for approximately a year and my estimated time in treatment is around a year and half. My experience with Dr. Leone and Dr. Vaughn has been outstanding from the start.
Dr. Leone and Dr. Vaughn and their staff are friendly, skilled and they are there for me. The door to communication is always open if I have any questions or concerns about my treatment.
I feel one of the keys to their office is their communication level.

Double the fun

I, like the first reviewer am an adult in braces for the first time. I have had a wonderful experience so far with Dr.s Leone and Vaughn. I live in the north end and have been to both Madison park and Queen Ann locations, I love having the choice depending on what works with my schedule. They are very accommodating with my busy schedule. I was initially very nervous about having braces as an adult and knowing I speak for a living, teaching. Both the staff and the doctors made me very comfortable with what to expect during treatment and what to took forward to with my results! I hardly notice my braces and am so happy I made that first appointment to see them. I highly recommend Leone and Vaughn Orthodontics for all ages and types of treatment. Two amazing doctors and two great locations! Both with parking, and close to restaurants shops for some pre or post appointment fun!
