First off the possible reason you do not see any recent bad reviews is because they tell people to remove bad posts in order to fix the problems they create - at least this was true in my case. I took my car in here a few months ago and they advise I had a bad fuel pump ($1200). They replaced it, and I ended up having my car towed out of their parking lot because they stated it was other problems and I would not pay to have them fix it. FYI they were going to charge me another $131 just to look at it because you know, they just did that so I should have to pay again. I made reviews about the business and they said if I took the posts off, they would help me with the problem. They apologized for how I was treated and had someone come to my house to look at it. They then paid to have my car towed back to the shop for repairs. All good moves on their part. They then admitted it was an issue with the new fuel pump I had them replace, and that they did not honestly do their :"follow-up" inspection. Fast forward a few months and it turns out their fixes were actually sabotage, according to a different mechanic. The fuel was leaking out of the fuel pump, but my gas tank showed full because they tweaked something so I could never see how much fuel I was actually losing. After getting towed again, there were issues with how they installed the pump and I was advised I was lucky to be alive the car literally could have blown up!! Also, the mechanic advised that there were certain things that looked like it was sabotage because they were upset with fixing the problem. I am at a loss and cannot even describe how much stress this has caused and how much this has effected my life. This is one post I will not be removing in hopes it bring insight to others about your services before they have to experience this for themselves.

I went to MTA to get my brakes looked at on the recommendation of my brother. I'm so glad I did it. I received would class customer service. After my vehicle was repaired I went out to drive it home and on my middle console was an envelope with my name on it. At first I was thinking to myself that's strange. So I opened it up and much to my surprise and I must add the first time this has ever happened at an Automotive establishment, a thank you note with a 25 dollar coupon for the next time I come in. I feel this gesture was over the top and was much appreciated.
