I purchased 6 forced air vents for my home. They didn't fit. I was informed that I need to make sure I get insurance and that when I pack the box that it's done properly so nothing is damaged. She retold a story about a customer that returned the vents without repackaging properly and the hardware destroyed the product and no refund was issued. She also reminded twice to get insurance.
When the items were returned the sales rep informed me that all 6 vents were damaged and no return was being issued. I told her that wasn't acceptable and I want to see pictures of all 6 vents and to have her supervisor call me. No call, but 5 vents were returned with the picture of one damaged vent. I responded to her email about the 5 returns stating that wasn't acceptable either and that I have contacted the IL Attrny General, the fraud Department of my credit card company and initiated an investigation from the Post Office. Voila, I was credited for 6 vents (minus the shipping - per their return policy. I think they tried to scam me and steal from me and I don't think this is fair. I have filed with the IL Attorney General's and the credit card company's fraud department. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND HAVE TOLD ALL OF MY FRIENDS NOT TO USE THEM AS WELL.
