If you do not want to be lied to, ripped off, and experience terrible customer service, then do not go to AARON's FURNITURE! We bought a big screen tv at the N. Division location where we were told they take American Express credit card to make payments with. We planned on paying off the t.v within the 90 days timeline in order to avoid paying any interest. For our 3rd and last payment, we used our American Express credit card only to find out they do not take American Express credit cards, even though our 1st two payments were charged to our American Express card. My husband called the Customer Service call center 5 times and never heard back. He also called the salesman who sold us our t.v, hoping he would be able to answer some questions for us and he said he would look into it, fix it and get back to us . Of course we never heard back from the salesman, his General Manager at the store was of no help at all, and actually told my husband there was nothing she could do for us and that we'd have to pay the interest which amounted to $400 on the t.v. I tried calling the General Manager myself at that particular store to try and discuss the situation and I left a few messages and never heard back.
So my suggestion is not to go to Aaron's Furniture.
Awful customer service, crappy products (my friend ordered merchandise that kept arriving to her house broken of course, from Aaron's), and they will try and screw you over. Not a place of business I choose to go to.
