The office of Almond Orthodontics is beautiful and very welcoming. It has a lodge like feel to it, complete with warm wood finishes, a bear skin rug, and a fireplace. The decor is very soothing to nervous children. In addition, they offer a good selection of children's movies, and they always have one on.
When you first arrive, you check yourselves in via the computer on the counter, and have access to a sink with complimentary brushing equipment. This is super handy if you are bringing in a child right from school.
Dr. Almond and his staff are extremely friendly, patient and gentle and explain thoroughly all of the procedures.
They offer a complimentary consultation, as well as several finance options in addition to insurance.
My only minor complaint is that the office has somewhat limited hours and seems to have frequent vacations.
All in all, the staff at Almond Orthodontics is excellent, welcoming and has never been anything but kind to my nervous children.
