Linda's Custom Flowers are WONDERFUL!!! My daughter is getting married this winter and we have been to many florists in the Puyallup area and her customer service and knowledge far exceeded any of the other florists in town. Our venue coodinator asked who was doing the flowers and reported he had worked with her before and said not only will we get great flowers but that Linda works far above the norm in helping her customers with her floral setup. Her knowledge of flowers is extensive. My daughter wants pointsettas (very delicate), 2 local florists said no to the request, Linda said she would do it and called the floral warehouse to confirm. She spent over two hours with us and we never felt rushed. She provided a written quote at our appt (the other florists said they would call within two weeks with the numbers). Linda's quote came in 1/2 of what the others quoted and she included setting up. No one in Puyallup can beat her customer service, price & knowledge.

I've had two run ins with this flower shop. When we walked in we were greated with an old looking shop with dust everywhere. The place looked like it hadn't been really cleaned in quite sometime. The girl behind the counter had to be the most incompetent employee I had ever meet in my life. Besides looking like a meth head, every flower my girlfriend asked about the girl behind the counter had no idea if they had them or if they did have them had no idea if she was allowed to use them in a bouquet. As you can imagine after 15 or so minutes of this it gets rather old and irritating. So after repeated trips of constantly checking back with linda, we finally had our bouqet and left. Vowing never to return. The second run in I had was during Valentines day. I placed an order with a flower shop but being absent minded I forgot to right down which shop I made the order too. So the morning of I realized this mistake and started calling around to all the flower shops to see if they had my order. I had zero problems with every other flower shop until I dialed Linda's. We they answered the phone I asked if they had an order for Keith P. They replied with they had no more flowers. I said I didn't ask if you had flowers I just asked if you had an order for Keith for pickup today. She said, when did you place the order, I replied about 2 weeks ago. She said "I have no way of tracking that" and hung up the phone on me! So I called back and asked if people ever place orders for pickup, she said yes and I said how do you know whos flowers are whos, she says they have a tag on them with a receipt. So I told her do any of those tags say Keith on them? finally got a straight answer of no all the flowers for pickup had been picked up already. Easy enough thats all I wanted to know, I just couldn't believe how rude the people are who work at this place. I really have no idea how they get buisness with the customer service they have. I will never go near this shop again. Be warned!

Linda's quality shop that is driven to provide great customer service. They have been able to fill my order every time I have called with a unique arrangement. Their flowers are high quality and last a long time. Their staff is courteous and helpful. Give them a try the next time you need something special .
