Way way more salt in their bread, e.g. Spelt Bread than is needed or wanted. 3 times more than another spelt I like from European Breads Bakery. Talk about hidden salt in foods probably to mask the lack of flavor elsewhere in the recipe.

I eat a LOT of bread, and Old Mill's Honey Wheat had the best consistency and flavor of any bread I have ever tasted. Good job.

The Honey Wheat (I think that's what it's called...) loaf makes the best toast! I buy it at either Costco or PCC and it freezes great. It's a little pricy but worth it. It has a nice chewiness and moistness.

I have never been to their location, but I buy their bread at PCC and Costco, and it is awesome bread. It is in a class by itself. I think the most comparable is the bread at Honey Bear Bakery, but frankly, I like Old Mill bread better. We buy their Honey Whole Wheat every week, and eat every last piece.

Chaotic environment. People in and out from the street and cars pulling up often dropping off kids or even worse, getting out leaving their kids in the car. I assume there are three to four people that work there but on an average day, there are at least 20 friends and/or family members stopping by. Sometimes fighting, often loud music from their cars at all hours of the night. Kids climbing on the baking racks. I love kids but they are not known for having booger-free hands. Unable to communicate with "staff" if you can figure out which ones they are. None of them speak english evidently.
